Brother PT-7500 Thermal Label Printer

This labeler isn't as easy to use as our Rhino but it uses Brother Tape which is cheaper, easier to find and sturdier. I don't like how you have to take the entire back off to change tape but that is a very minor item. It comes with a sturdy case that fits plenty of spare cartridges. I use mine primarily to make wrap around labels. This model can make very small print that is readable. I've had trouble making small print that you can read with the Rhino. Great for the price.

This is an excellent label printer, although you do lose 1" of tape in between labels. I spoke to Brother tech support about this problem, and there is nothing you can do about it. If you can deal with that issue, you will love the printer. It does everything it says it will do, and performs very well. We use it for our technology consulting company, which involves all facets of network engineering.

I work as a network engineer in a large stainless steel mill. I am very insistent that every bit of the network is documented and labeled. So in need of my own labeler, I bought this one and it is great. Yes it does cut about 3/4" off when you start a label, but that is because it prints edge to edge, unlike most labelers. And this feature prevents excess waste when you use chain printing. So it is excellent. I would recommend this to anyone needing a relatively tough reliable labeler that can print almost any label size and in loads of formats. And with the includes case and power cable you done have to use the batteries up. Great buy.

I think the best part is the carrying case that holds extra batteries, tapes, manuals, etc. The tapes are so expensive and the labeler is precious enough that it really should have it's own case. Glad this one came with one and I always know where my labeler is when I head out to a jobsite.

Great labeler. Absolutely worth the money. The only regret is that I didn't spend the $50 more to get the one with the ability to manage and store labels using the computer.

I've used P- touch labelers for many years but this one is the best. We have always send the office label maker out in the field and they are just not ment for that rough service. The PT-7500 is made for using in field. I like the fact that it has a case to keep everything together and protected.

Nice upgrade to the prior P-Touch industrial model I've had for years. I looked at several other mfrs but decided on this when I saw it at GrayBar. I love the fact they finally have a backlit screen!We are audio/video installers and I highly recommend it
