Kanu Surf Girls' Splash One-Piece Swimsuit

This suit is cuter in person. It runs 2 sizes too small. My 6 year old wears a size 7 and the I ordered a size 8. We couldn't even get this suit on. I reordered a size 10 and that was still too small. I exchanged it for a size 12 in Pink, that suit fits great and she loves it. This suit is not long enough for the sizing. For comparison purposes, she is 52 inches tall and weighs 60 pounds.

Purchased a size 7 for our 7 year old daughter and it was extremely small on her. It cut into her shoulders and left a pretty intense mark on her left inner thigh that bothered her for several days. It's a very cute suit that has been given to her 6 year old sister (though it's way too big on her!).

She has a hard time getting into it by herself due to the criss-crossing of the straps. I think standard parallel straps would have been better. But the suit fits well, and after two months of use, has shown no signs of ware.

Love love love this swim suit! I purchased a 2T for my 2 year old who is 32" tall, 25lb. It fits great with some room to grown. The is full coverage of her bottom and top. The color is vivid and so far it holding up to frequent pool use. I do try to rinse in fresh water after being in the pool but for the most part it gets hung up straight form the pool. My 2 year loves this bathing suit and my 5 year old begged me for one as well so we now own two. We also have Kanu rash guards and other bathing suits purchased over a year ago that the kids still use. This brand really holds up well and provides great sun protection. I will definitely be purchasing Kanu brand bathing suits in the future.

I was nervous about buying a swimsuit for my daughter on Amazon since sizing can often be waaaay off, but I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size up from what I normally would and I am so very glad I did. My daughter wears a kid size 12 in clothes but I always buy a size up in swimsuits as it is (14) because they stretch and tend to run smaller due to being to fitting to the body, so instead of buying the 14 as I normally would, I bought the 16 for her and it has just enough room to allow her growth throughout the summer months so it won't be pinching her by August. Beautiful swimsuit too, with vivid colors, great coverage, and cute girly style that is age appropriate for young girls (and is seemingly hard to find these days).

I got this swimsuit and another one at the same time for my 9 year old daughter. She wears a size 10. Out of the two, this one did not fit. It was tight around the shoulder straps and we had to send it back. That material is typical and it fit around the thighs and everywhere else. You might want to size up. We ended up keeping the other one and not exchanging this one.

Adorable suit. I ordered this for my soon-to-be four yr. old granddaughter in Okinawa, Japan. She is tall for her age and takes swim lessons at a Japanese Swim School and needs one-pc. suits.This style was perfect for her. My daughter & I looked at the pictures provided on the site & went with the size 6 for her. PERFECT FIT! She still has a little growing room left, but not much.Thank you, Amazon, for remembering our U.S. troops stationed all over the world. My daughter loved the swimsuit! It is unfortunate that the colors all faded to pale pink after 2-3 trips to the pool. She wanted me to buy another one, but I would not pay for it after being disappointed in the quality.

I orderd size 14. Quality is good. But size is too small. It fits my 130cm tall 9years old girl.

It fits small, but otherwise is a nice suit.
