Same cord as I got with the radar detector fits just fine
Perfect fit for my cobra radar detector. Was unsure of the fit bc they listed so many models that it fit but check under your radar detector for the model number it will tell you if it fits or not in the list. The model number is around where the serial number is located. I lost the little metal springy pin in the tip of the cord that sticks out it flew to an unknown destination in my car im dure it’s in between the seat and the console I was upset thinking I had to buy a whole new system. Whose got money for that? Surely not me. Thankfully amazon had my model number listed with this cord. Works great and I’m satisfied. Don’t stretch the cord to the max that’s how they break down.

Fits my cobra detector as my cable was disintegrating after many years. My cobra is old but works
Just the right cable to replace a straight cable that has deteriorated. My cobra always alerts me well in advance of radar signals but sometimes a truck will give off a radar signal which puzzles me. How this happens I do not know.

Don't leave plugged in, when not in use. They tend to get hot.
This is for my Cobra, multi band radar/laser detector. I'd looked all over for a cord and only found cheap ones. That burned or blew fuses. This is a good one and a great price.

FINALLY!!
Couldn't find the right replacement power cord for my older Cobra radar detector anywhere....in store or online! I missed having that slight piece of mind everyday when I was on my way to work or headed back home afterward. I live 35-40 minutes away from my clients and the majority of it is freeway so I have a tendency to set my cruise control a "little" higher than the speed limit actually allows. And so, my dilemma.... until I FINALLY get a replacement power cord for my radar detector I was going to be a 'Nervous Nelly' driving back and forth to work. Because, let's be honest here, if you're a relaxed, confident driver who gets to know "your" roads well then you know how absolutely maddening it is to drive any slower than what you are used to driving them. And one must, I feel, be confident and relaxed with their abilities as a driver to also be a safe driver. No matter what speed they drive! LOL Thank you for having the cord that I needed to get back my confident, safe driving skills! PS - Could be a little bit longer though, I think.
