I looked everywhere locally for this and when I did find it I scanned the barcode with my smartphone and found it was a lot cheaper on Amazon.com. I went home right and promptly ordered it. It arrived in a few days and it was exactly what I wanted. Great product and wonderful service.

These were just what I wanted. I want to keep my slides and old photos because they cannot be replaced. Scanning and storing on cd is not practical anymore because cd's are becoming obsolete. New computers are being built without cd players and people are encouraged to save files on computer hd's and on the 'cloud'. However, when hd's die and the clouds burst all those images are lost forever, except hard copies. So these slide protectors are perfect, I store the slides in them, can organize by topic and put them in three ring binders so they take up very little shelf space. You can always 'view' them holding up to a sunlit window with a magnifying glass if needed. The protectors are nice because they help to keep the mold and mildew off of them, and storing on a shelf (not in a basement or attic) with moderate temperatures they should last for a very long time. In fact, I just found some more slides and will probably order some more . . .:-)

This is the perfect product to store and label all of those treasured family slides in. I inherited a box or two of family slides and after scanning needed a place to store and label them safely. This product did the job perfectly.

First, the product itself. I recently embarked on a project to archive all my old slides and negatives. I put them in these sleeves, put them on a light table (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06Y21WQYQ/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1), and took photos of them. For negatives, I used lightroom to invert the pix to make a good contact sheet. I also bought their negative sleeves (review forthcoming). The product performed exactly as advertised. Second, they shorted me. It wasn't a big deal, because I only had 22 rolls of slides, and this had 25 ostensibly. It actually only had 20. I didn't feel like returning the product, since I'd already done the first 20 rolls and only then figured out I was short. So I complained in a "contact seller" bit. They immediately gave me a full refund. That's amazing, I think. So, buy this product, count your sleeves, and if you're shorted, tell them. They actually do care. My guess is that they won't be making that mistake again, and we all are better off for it.

Met all expectations

I bought these thinking they were thicker as the description was bigger than the last set I bought. Slides slide right out, it's not thick enough to hold them in.

I have had my parents old slides for years and they were not in a protected case, just thrown in a shoe box. This has made it much better cause now I am organized

The slides I have are thicker (5/16") than usual. They're a tight fit in these holders.
