Love this light! I use it mainly at weddings for the getaway and for the cake cutting.Update: I have had this light now for 14 months and one of the battery connection bars is loose making it inoperable.

F550 battery will not lock into unit. Only aa can be used. Not enough light to fill anything. It definetely proves that you get what you pay for. Don"t waste your money. I threw everything but the case away.

Nothing to do to quality batteries like Canon.
DON'T BUY THIS !!The battery charger don't work after 6 month and the battery, i don't even speak about it, she don't hold the load since the beginning. Nothing to do to quality batteries like Canon.

If I had to do it again I would have bought the next size up but otherwise it is pretty good. The downside for me is the other .
I bought this as a backup for our two other LED lights. If I had to do it again I would have bought the next size up but otherwise it is pretty good. The downside for me is the other two lights we have use Sony FP550 batteries and we have seven of them but just one Polaroid battery for this light. It is not going to light up a room but it is adequate for News interviews. Overall it is good value for the price and the case is a bonus.
