I love this chair. It's comfortable for what I want it for - occasionally putting my feet up for a while after a long day. If you want to lounge around watching four-hour football games and napping, it probably won't suit you. It takes up about half the space of a regular recliner and just as importantly doesn't look like one. The back is a little more tipped back in the upright position than I might prefer, but it sits fine that way, too, for the short periods I'm interested in. I The chair seems to be well made and was very easy for me, a middle-aged woman, to put together by myself in maybe 10 minutes. We'll see how durable it is, but the finish on the leather doesn't appear to be delicate so far.

I bought two chairs for the small space where my husband and I watch a 32" tv in our master bedroom. (Bought the Winsome wood Zara 25" tv stand.) They have an amazing quality and style for the price. We are not big people. I am 5'4" and my husband is 5'8". We have a tight fit on airplanes but this chair has plenty of room. I am a 60 year old woman and put them together by myself. I have fibromyalgia so I prefer firm support. I find the chair comfortable except that it leans back a couple of inches too far in the upright position for me. I remedied it by a cushion behind my back. My husband loves the angle. Most of the time he doesn't even recline.

The assembly was very easy....screw in the legs, attach the back to the seat...all done! I found it very comfortable to sit on for hours....my only complaint would be that the seat is a little slippery so unless you are in a reclined position you find yourself adjusting your weight to stop from slipping. Nice chairs for the price!!

This chair is nice, but it is a bit smaller than I thought it would be. I did measure but without the chair in the room, you don't get a sense of how it will look. It looks small. It feels small as well. We all "fit" in it, but it is by no means a roomy, comfy chair. My sister walked into the living room and asked if it was a child's chair :( It is well made and probably would be great for a very small apartment, but not really for a regular sized living room with standard couches in it. And the sellers are HORRIBLE! They were super slow in sending the chair and the tracking said that I should have gotten the chair a week before I actually got it. When I asked the sellers about it their only advice was for me to decline delivery. Um, NO! I needed the chair, why not just stand behind your delivery date?!

I generally don't pay much attention to reviews that begin I recieved this today because I want to see how they feel 2-8 month's from then but... If you like this style of chair you cannot go wrong for the price (I paid about $210). I'm a big guy (6'4", 260 lbs) but needed a small comfortable chair to fit my mini man-cave that was also stylish as you can get on a budget. No, not the best chair you can get but the best you can buy on a budget to fit a small space. Seems it is real leather and thicker than expected. Frame seems adequate but not overly built. Recliner function does not have a handle assist but easy and smooth. Easy to assemble. just screw the legs on and slide in the back. Un-reclined footprint 36"l x 27 1/2"w. Fully reclined 62"l. Seams around one of the chair arms were not perfect but willing to overlook at this price. I ordered through Great Deal Furniture and within 4 days. Got it faster than shoes ordered through Zappos on the same day.

Updated review- after a few months I have to say this is the most uncomfortable chair ever. My mom bought this as well. We both got back problems from it. She went to a back specialist and it aggrevated my discs in my lower back. It's nice just to sit a few minutes but that's it. I really want my money back if possible!! The inner cushion continues to fall out of the seat. soon there will not be any more padding if it continues. Is it possible to get your money back?

***Update*** Loved these chairs at first, nice, firm, etc...but now, only 3 months later they have become pretty uncomfortable. The seats have almost no support. I may have to find a way to firm up the springs and cushions because the seats seem to have sunk a bit making the chair uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. Also, the back seems to lean too far back to recline comfortably while watching tv. Other than that, the fabric wears well, and it's still a solid, sturdy chair. But because of the seat and reclining comfort issues, I will lower my rating from 4 stars, to 2 stars. (Original review) Got these chairs yesterday and I have to say that so far, I'm really liking them. They were very easy to put together (screw on legs, pop on the back, velcro the flap...done). They are pretty firm, but they should relax with use. The fabric is very nice. I got the teal color, which I see they are now out of, and they look lovely in my home. These chairs are sturdy, but not too heavy. Reclining is pretty easy and while others seem to find the seat too low and/or deep, at 5'2" I think they are just fine. My son, however, at 5'11", finds that reclining is uncomfortable because his head and feet don't have any chair to rest on. Lol. They are great for shorter people, maybe not so much for taller folks.

What a fabulously sleak and comfortable chair! In the upright position, it doesn't even look like a recliner and doesn't have that bulky look as the recliners I'm accustomed to seeing. Love that it reclines so much further than other chairs I've reclined in and it was so easy to assemble. Just screw in the legs and slide the back into place, voila! Am waiting to hear back from the manufacturer, as the left arm arrived with three 2" long cuts in it. Hopefully that'll be resolved quickly! Loving it so far!
