I use raw milk from my grass-fed mini-Jersey cattle to make shakes for an easy on-the-go breakfast. I use plastic blender balls in a quart sized canning jar to make my shakes. This powder blended up better than almost any I've used before (I've only had one variety that completely dissolved). Most have clumps of cocoa powder floating up top, but this one blemded much better. The flavor is good, it has a slight monk fruit sweetner flavor, but not in a bad way. All in all, good flavor, blends pretty well and no blood sugar spikes. It's not as creamy as some others, it's more like drinking chocolate milk - which I prefer.

I drink this with milk or water typically. It is the most smooth, flavorful and nutritious protein powder I have encountered yet. If you compare its nutritional label with that of others, you’d definitely agree. But the taste/flavor is incredible. Tastes like dessert to me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was my favorite for the last year. Made a additional purchase on prime day and got a 5 lb bottle that has a mineral and fish aftertaste. No thank you. I have cancelled my subscription and submitted for return. I don't like $100 surprises... we were so good together for that bit of time...

This is slap-yo’-mug sweet if that’s what buyers are looking for - here’s your shake. I use a Bodum frother to blend my shakes in case there are others who ditto that process. Blends ok but I’m sure it’ll blend better with a shake shaker. If comparing, it’s as sweet as Quest powders. This’ll be a wake-up morning shake or a dessert shake for myself. Looking forward to trying out more flavors from this brand.

This is a very good protein drink. I love blending it with ice and oat milk.
