Will this replacement brush heads fit the HX5310 handle

I'm not sure. Our toothbrushes are in the E series and according to the description for these, it "Fits Multiple Sonicare HandlesThe e-Series Standard brush heads work with the following Sonicare models: Advance, Essence, Elite, CleanCare, and Xtreme. "You should be able to go to Phillips Soniare website, and if you can't find the answer there I believe you can email them to find out for sure. Sorry I can't be of more help!

Yes, will fit sonicare HX 5612 Essence model.

I believe it will, they recommend that brush head for the hx5310. My advice is to look up hx5310 on amazon before ordering just to make sure.
