Basic Knit Girl's Cardigan Jacket Sweater Black Fuchsia Ivory Red White 2-12

I ordered this in the RED and also in the Ivory to go with two girls dressy party dresses, one being Grey and the other being a cream ivory shade called Candlelight. My idea for the RED-- identical to this Ivory one was to make it more Christmas Season with the Red Sweater and my idea for this Ivory was to winterize as well as accessorize. All the shopping was done online and although there is the zoom feature and it does turn the sweaters into different shades, only the Fuschia shade was being described as a fleece like texture, which to me made that shade not suitable for a dressy dress. Had the Fuschia been in Orlon, I would have gotten it to make the Candlelight dress more for Easter/Spring. So these two sweaters were sent to the recipients in KY and the mother wrote that while the Ivory sweater was great and suitable in texture for the dressy party dress and matched, the Red shade turned out to be in the fleece like material too and made it not suitable for the Grey Party dress. So they will remove the rose and just wear it over jeans and other casual clothing. This is the problem with trying to order online and looking at photos that change shades but really do not give enough information about fabrics and texture. Both were shipped free under my Prime membership by Amazon or I would not have ordered them. I do not buy anything that is not free shipping with Prime membership. I would have gotten that Pink had it been in Orlon and I would NOT have selected that RED had I been told it was fleece material and not Orlon type fabric knit, which I had been led to believe because only the Fuschia had been noted as having a different textured material and which could be seen in its photo but not in the photo showing RED as it is just photo-shopped to change shades. So the family has a black dressy sweater to go with that Grey dress instead.

Nice quality, arrived on time, good fit, but it's NOT IVORY. I needed an ivory sweater to match my daughter's dress. I already had a white sweater. The flower is ivory,but not the sweater itself. It might be slightly off white. But much closer to white than ivory. I'll keep it since it's a Hassel to return. We bought size 10 for my average sized 8.5 year old and she's wearing a size 10 dress.

I thought this was going to be like a soft sweater but its not. Its made of polyester but it will still work for a nice jacket for when my daughter wears a dress.

Cute cardigan style top... Not what I consider "sweater" material more of a cotton tight knit fabric but it definitely does the trick as a top for my 4yo daughters Christmas dress. It's a great deep red color and the little rose and ribbon at the top are a cute accent.

Returning item, it’s too small. Size listed is a 12, but it’s not a ‘true’ 12, it’s a 10/12. The sweater is very pretty, but I am a little frustrated that I will have to deduct $3.99 from the refund for, “return shipping.” Had I known it wasn’t a true 12, I would’ve not ordered it.

Was looking for a standard black cardigan for a little girl - hard to find, locally. This one is a bit more like a little jacket. Hope it will be useful. Got it for a Christmas present for a girl at a local orphanage.

The quality was not as I expected, but it looked good on my daugther.

Good cardigan, but not traditional knit, if you were expecting that. It's a different material and more like a thick material, like you see in pullovers but much much better quality.
