Not slip resistant
I wouldn't call these slip resistant. If the floor is even slightly wet they don't work. For the price, they wear out just as fast as cheaper shoes. The shoes are large and clumsy and not very comfortable. I have had these for a few months and as the threading wears on the bottom they become less and less slip resistant. I have had safer shoes for way less than the $100 these ran me.I would avoid these, they are an accident waiting to happen.

Insoles not warranted for 1 year, just the shoe.
2APR18 Update - I've been wearing these shoes with the replacement insoles provided by Keen for about a month. The replacements are their K20 insoles. I find they have very different feel from the originals that came with the shoes. Two things happen with these new insoles: First, I immediately noticed the fit was not as smooth. That is to say I could feel the undulations of the support structure. This is somewhat less comfortable than the originals, but tolerable. Second, the K20's are a bit thicker and made the shoe a little more snug; another slight annoyance. I think, but I'm not sure, that Keen's K10 insole would be a better fit. If I purchase the K10's I'll post an update.4MAR18 - The shoes are great, but the insoles started to come apart in less than 3 months! The people at Keen informed me that the INSOLES ARE NOT WARRANTED, as is the shoe, for the 1 year warranty period. However, Keen graciously made a one time exception and gave me a replacement. That's great, but these insoles should have lasted much longer. I have 2 pairs of similar Keen Howser style shoes that have their original insoles. These took about 2 years each to wear out. And they did wear out (along with the entire shoe), not come apart like the insole in my most recent pair of Keens. It seems that these latest insoles are less robust, however, they look identical to the long lasting ones I had.I still love the shoes. They just have higher maintenance costs now. :(

Not safe in commercial kitchens/ not slip resistant.
These shoes are not good in the kitchen. I had the same pair before I bought again. First pair required a “break in” period before they became slip resistant. My second pair has had over a month and I continue to have to catch myself from falling when any water is on the floor. Not safe. Don’t understand how the same product can be completely different from one pair of shoes to the next. Will not buy again.

1 year Aug. 2018 UPDATE!!! Perfect for service work.
Perfect for service work.. I am in and out of new houses shoes are not always an option. These shoes after a week. Fit perfect. Shoes seamed a little tight at first, but broke in nicely. I have high arch and wide foot, which is usually an issue, when trying on shoes. Welp I found them, these shoes are the cats meow.. Durable too! had some Great stuff spray foam on them it scratched off with out leaving a mark. Shoes don't have a lot of padding but my old boned have no problem wearing them for 16hr work day.Update!, worth the money! Paid $91 last year and just paid $114 for new onesI just ordered another pair after a year. I wear these shoes daily. I have walked roofs, up and down ladders. I have no issues with slipping. Grip is great. I see complaints about insoles one pealed a little bit but is not an issue. Just fabric liners are starting wear, but I walk a lot and expect wear and tear. I use and abuse them. Just look at the pictures. I will continue to wear my old ones for the real dirty jobs until they finally fall apart.I typically wear out cheap work shoes out in 3 to 6 months. Expensive ones usually a year to year and a half. I’m replacing my old ones due to appearance only.

But my feet are wide and they're in 11 1/2 but the 11s which I should've known better are supertight
So I wear an 11 1/2 and and all the reviews people say by half size too small, I don't know about anybody else. But my feet are wide and they're in 11 1/2 but the 11s which I should've known better are supertight. So maybe be best if everybody doesn't listen to people who say the shoes run large, maybe people just normally buy shoes that run small. Keen , Merrill they always fit me accurately. Birkenstock is the only shoe that has ever been inaccurate with sizing for me. They're very nice shoes though

Not the most attractive but comfortable
Very solid shoe. A little wide for my toes. I normally wear a 9.5 US but returned them for size 9.0.After some use the insole wears away.

Comfortable and quality shoe if the slip resistance isn't a deal breaker for you
I used these shoes 60 hours a week for 5 months and they are still extremely comfortable. I didn't experience a breaking-in period other than the leather stretching. My only real complaint is the "slipiness" of the sole. Other colleagues agree on the Keen sole; they get a C- in slip resistance. The shoes have really stretched out and the front still looks good after this much use, but the back looks like I walk on them like they're clogs and now take a bit of work to get on because the back falls down under my heel when I try and put them on, I need a shoe horn! They're just bent and softened from putting them on so much. I feel like I bought the right size because they were snug the first couple of weeks, fit excellent for that middle couple of months, but now are loose around my foot because they continue to stretch. They are a medium weight, definitely heavier than crocs but not nearly so heavy and clunky as most of the clogs from other well-known restaurant and nursing brands. I just left my position in the restaurant but if I buy non-slips again I will return to the Birkenstock clogs that lasted me 5 years! I can deal with genuine leather stretching so improving the slip resistant sole would definitely get this a 5-star rating.

Pretty slippery for non-slip shoes!
I have a job at a kitchen where you need to where non-slip shoes. I wore these shoes for about a week to my job and almost fell every day I wore them. I finally decided it was too dangerous to where them and had to return them. These are not safe shoes to wear in a kitchen! I bought other shoes after (MOZO Men's Finn Chukka Industrial and Construction), and they work great.

Durable and comfortable to the point of being rejuvinating and theraputic.
I purchased these as a replacement for discontinued KEEN Men's Austin Slip-On Loafer (favourite shoe of all time), and find them to be suitable replacements, having the same quality comfort and craftsmanship that I have come to expect and demand from KEEN. I have limited mobility; hiking is the only exercise I am capable of, and KEEN is the only company that makes a shoe that I can stand in or walk all day. The only difference that I would prefer is that if these came in full grain leather like the Austin's, so if you don't mind people thinking you work in a hospital or a kitchen, these are great shoes with an unbeatable price quality index.

The best shoe for hospital workers.
I switched hospitals and was limping around because of hard floors. These shows are amazing and washable. My feet and whole body feel amazing wearing them. They make moving around at work so much easier. Easy to clean. I bought 2 pairs.

Comfortable shoe for nursing
Great duty shoe for nursing. A little firmer and heavier than a runner but better protection and great non-slip grip. No chance of wet 'anything' soaking through your shoe into your sock 👍 Sole covers toe well ensuring the shoe isn't damaged releasing wheel locks. Kick off easily for when you sit down to chart.
