Will this work on a Midland 13-888 23 channel CB? Currently I have the 6 pin original Midland with volume control mic that has wiring issues.

I contacted the seller I bought from and they were very helpful. iSave people may not have that capability though. I did have to take my mic to a CB shop and let them rewire it and it worked great. So, to answer your question, probably. But you will need to have it rewired by an experienced tech.
