GI Joe Alpha Vehicle 2011 Wave 1 Exclusive - Cycle Armour with Ashiko Figure

This vehicle and figure were originally only released in Canada and were not available in the U.S. market.I've looked online at it several times and finally bought one when I found the best price around 25$. It arrived immediately. I'd have to say that after opening and checking out the vehicle and figure that I preffer the figure more. The cycle armour as a concept is really cool albeit extremely similar to the cycle armour featured in 1980's episodes of Robotech. Putting it together is tedious and it dosen't have the articulation I was hoping for. I looks cool but isn't really practicle. I would have liked to have seen the arms and hand be more detailed in armour mode. He actually has no hands but a pair of machine guns on the ends of the arms. The figure itself is cool. He has a great number of accessories. I think it's good that they chose him to be a ninja to wield the cycle armour. One thing that was disappointing though was that his right forearm was split open at the wrist and makes it easy for his hand to fall off. The swivel at the elbow on the same arm is also extremely loose so at times his arm flops around. I would assume that these problems are unique to my figure and not a problem with other ones.

it is a good vehicle this Cycle armor, a nice addition for any collector stash, while it has no unique feeling and it has some clunckiness on the armoring process and I ended up customizing the figure and thevehicle given the potential to be awesome, I recomend it if you can't get it at retail

Item arrived exactly as described and in a timely manner. Item was purchased as an anonymous gift and as the child specifically asked for a G.I. Joe toy I can only assumed he was pleased with his gift.

I love this item, I received it in the mail yesterday and I found it to be a wonderful figure. Beware it is not really built for rough and tough play and is designed more for collectors. Which is probably the reason why it was released in limited quantities in the united states. Still I love it as part of my collection

Great toy/collectible!

This is a very cool motorcycle that transforms into a cyber armor that any GI Joe can wear into combat. A great toy I had not seen anywhere else.
