Cambridge Grammar for IELTS Student's Book with Answers and Audio CD (Cambridge Books for Cambridge Exams)

Limited examples but enough for those upper level English students. As a teacher, I reference this for quick and clear explanations of high level grammar questions.

This book is an excellent resource to prepare IELTS: It has a very nice good grammar guide, with realistic excesses similar to the actual exam. Highly recommended for self study or of a final preparations (weeks before the exam) if you need to review grammar structures.

It's a good grammar book, and comes with a CD Audio, differently from the others that I bought... At least one good purchase!

Great way to get ready for the IELTS

I bought for a nursing student friend here in the Philippines and she really loves it.

Les leçons sont très bien faites et faciles à comprendre même en anglais. Le CD permet d'améliorer la capacité d'écoute et la compréhension de chaque leçons. Un livre à garder même après l'examen !

Nonostante l'IELTS non sia un esame di grammatica inglese, sicuramente non si può puntare a band elevati senza avere un buon bagaglio di conoscenze grammaticali. Questo libro è un solido compendio di grammatica inglese, corredato da esercizi pensati appositamente per chi deve sostenere l'IELTS: ogni capitolo infatti si apre con un esercizio di ascolto (che personalmente ho trovato utilissimi perché ai tempi della scuola raramente facevamo esercizi di listening), e si conclude poi con un esericizio di listening/reading/writing/speaking come all'esame. Il libro comunque già presuppone un'infarinatura di inglese da parte del lettore (è scritto interamente in inglese infatti), quindi lo consiglierei a quanti hanno già studiato inglese a scuola e desiderano ripassare e approfondire le proprie conoscenze grammaticali in vista dell'IELTS.
