Do you think they will stick to a plastic toddler bed?

I just tested it and it works they will stick to plastic bed

will these stick to painted cement walls?

I don't see why not. We adhered them to painted walls in my sons room two years ago and they never peeled or fell off. He recently decided he's outgrown them (he's 10) and they peeled off very easily. No residue at all. They made his room very cheerful. I highly recommend them.

Do they stick to glass?

they should but I have never used them so I can't say for sure

what about for textured walls?

It would still stick the glue on them is awesome it doesn't leave anything behind when you take them off but it holds to the wall great.
