Neat, efficient, easy to use, great recipes..some the same as what I already use with just a little tweaking.

Food everyone likes in portions to keep you on program
This book is especially useful if you're standing on the Weight Watcher program but you crave some of your favorites like pizza and various pastas.it is true that some of these have high points and in my case I have to convert it to exchanges of protein starch etc because I still use this system from the 80s that I learned long ago. Will say that the Weight watcher recipes of all the books that I own are amazingly tasty and you are eating normal food not some weird things that are concocted to keep you on a diet. The secret-- eat regular food you like and just be aware of the portions and the content of fat and carbohydrate and sugar especially.I'm using books like this I suggest you have a kitchen scale --I in fact don't know how you can use it without one. I'm always surprised at how small a bundle one ounce of capellini pasta is. I grab a serving and I weigh it it turns out it's always three ounces and that's three times as much as I should have during one meal. Some recipes also will be more time consuming than some simple things you can make. However if you're making food for a family most people will eat everything in here so you do not have to cook separate meals. There are no really unusual ingredients that you won't find at the average grocery store.

Great recipes for anyone wanting to eat healthier
While I am on Weight Watchers, I like this cookbook for healthier recipes and contributions to anyone's diet. It is in a binder type presentation, which makes it easy to add more sheets of recipes.

Huge timesaver filled with stuff I'd eat even if it were not WW
I'm a relatively new WW Online member (just a few weeks in) who was excited about the program and finally getting healthy, but was finding logging every little thing and adding my own recipes to the Tracker tool day after day exhausting. Even though I work from home and might have more free time that somebody a bit more on the go, I was worried about dropping off the plan for lack of time to Track. So, so glad I found this cookbook. What a great tool in your weight loss arsenal!I am a foodie who loves to cook and bake (those cooking channels are "go to" staples on my TV) and I love that this cookbook has recipes from every genre and skill level. How about something with an Asian flavor tonight, or maybe Mediterranean? No? I know...lets have Mexican! Soups, breads, desserts, salads, and slow cooker recipes, etc. are easily found divided by meal category and also listed in a handy glossary that can be searched by food type, points values, and recipe name. PointsPlus values, serving portions, and nutrition info are clearly listed at the bottom of each recipe and there are a smattering of tempting color pictures throughout the book. A HUGE timesaver, you just "quick add" the points value of the meal to your Tracker and portions eaten, and viola! Done Tracking in seconds. One of the nice things I found was that while some of the recipes will be something you've never tried before, there are plenty of recipes for things you probably already make. For example, scalloped potatoes with cheese, mac & cheese, burgers, meatloaves, vegetable or noodle soups, spaghetti and meat sauce, "oven fried" baked chicken dishes are included and taste amazing while substituting healthier ingredients. I have yet to try a recipe that was a real dud, and even my picky "meat and potatoes" hubs is liking the new stuff coming out of the kitchen. Yay! No more finding yourself making two separate dinners because the spouse won't eat "diet" food. Last night I tried the Mulligatawny ("No soup for you!" ~sorry, gratuitous Seinfeld reference) for the first time at only 3 Points per serving. Nary a drop left after everybody went back for seconds! One last note: I read other reviewers complaining about the binding/quality of the book, or lack thereof. It isn't great, but it is far from horrible. The front and rear covers are made of laminated cardstock and the inside pages are glossy paper like the pages of a nice quality magazine. The binding is one of those heavy plastic spiral thingies. My cookbook did arrive with the back cover having been creased from bending in a couple of places, but I was so impressed with the contents that I was unwilling to send it back and wait on a new copy.Overall, this is a wonderful product. Easily, my best cookbook purchase in years. It is filled with sensible, but delicious recipe ideas that will leave your taste buds happy and your tummy satiated. After having paged through this cover to cover, I can honestly say that I'd have liked/been tempted to try around 8 out of 10 recipes (c'mon...not everybody likes every food!) even if they weren't WW approved. This has a little something for everyone and the convenience of Tracking helps keep me resolved and cranking great meals out of my kitchen.

So far, great service
I just received this book today so I haven't had the time to make the dishes yet. But I will update my review of the recipes once I cooked a bit of them. The pictures in the book look phenomenal and soo good. I am really excited to start making them. Flipping through the book, I see it is very organized. In the index, it goes by how many points you want to eat like if you want a 7 point meal or whatever. I wish there were more pictures because I am a visual person and if it looks good, I would try it. And that is coming from a picky eater.I really wanted to write this review as soon as possible because the delivery was excellent. I ordered this book yesterday (09.20.12) and it came today (9/21/12) when it was suppose to come on the 24th. The book was hand delivered to my door from a personal delivery guy (he came in his car it looks like), not like UPS or USPS.UPDATE: 10/05/2012So upon really reading the book here are some of the things I noticed.a) There are very few ingredients that I think would be trouble finding, like juniper berries or wheat berries.b) The book has little pictures of pots above the recipe indicating how easy or difficult it is to make. There are few recipes that are 2 pots (medium) and fewer with 3 pots (difficult).c) The big thing I noticed in some of the recipes were that some required things regular bread crumbs, others whole wheat bread crumbs. I figured all of them should be whole wheat ones because it is healthier so I don't know if it is an oversight by WW. And a cheeseburger recipe required English muffins, not whole wheat or multigran ones. So if you switch them I think you would have to recount the points. I don't follow the Points Plus system so it doesn't really matter to me but to if you are trying to follow it, you might have to recalculate if you switch the breads.UPDATE: 11/16/2012I just realized there is no prep time or cook time on any of the instructions. That would have been nice to have since sometimes you want to cook a meal with little work or little prep time.

Much needed
I and my husband are on WW but I didnโt know what to cook. I had no appropriate recipes. So this book was much needed

Good range of recipe ideas for all tastes
I actually bought this for my son-in-law but then decided to keep it for myself! It has a myriad of recipes so even the fussiest eater should find something they like. The instructions are straight-forward, although I haven't yet cooked more than one or two things from it. I consider it a good addition to my cookery book collection. It didn't quite merit 5 stars as I was rather disappointed with the durability of the book - it is spiral bound which, in itself, can be a good thing but I feel the pages are too flimsy for being spiral-bound. I doubt it will be long before pages get detached from the binding during page-turning, which will be a shame. I think the paper should have been heavier-weight for this style of book. The only other criticism would be that a few of the listed ingredients even I haven't heard of and that may confuse a novice cook. I've put this down to the fact that the book is for an international market. That said, there are so many good recipes to choose from that I can't see it ever being a problem. If you haven't got the ingredient, just choose another recipe!Overall - a good guide for anyone looking to eat sensibly, whether wanting to lose weight or not.

So-So
I got this so I would have an easier time calculating points for homemade food, but it's basically a normal cook book except all white flour products have been replaced with whole wheat, all dairy products replaced with low fat versions, and in some cases actual eggs seem to be replaced with "egg replacement" (yuck!) I didn't need a cook book to tell me I could do that if I wanted to. So, not thrilled about that aspect, but, there are lots of recipes including baked goods that I think I will find handy.

Worth every penny
Thought I'd treat myself to the US cookbook just to see there if there were any major differences or inspirational things.Recipes seem easy enough to follow. Had to look up one or two things just to ensure I was using the correct ingredient but was expecting this so not a problem. Easy to follow. For the money I spent it was definitely worth it. Plenty of recipes I haven't tried before or wouldn't have thought of cooking.

Gathering Dust!!
This book gives good value for money if you want a lot of recipes to help you with weight loss. However, lots of ingredients listed were quite foreign to me and consisted of food that I would never want to eat. Also there very few recipes for just one person - it seems to cater for large families. Generally - quite disappointed with it because it wasn't cheap.
