Great pants for long hours.
These pants are top notch for EMT’s. My whole squad wears them and I started with the 32” inseam and went to the 30” which i am very happy with. The women’s version of the pants is laughable in my opinion they come down like a early 2000’s lowrise jean and are not in anyway flattering or conducive for work. If your carrying any weight you will look sloppy get the mens pants!! They go to about the belly button and look much more sleek and professional.

Awesome! The best!
These pants are the best! When riding in a ambulance for 12 hours, or sometimes 24 hours, these pants are super comfy. Lots of room in thigh/croch area, never crawl up my groin area or anything. They run a lil on the relaxed fit side, possibly even loose, but not baggy loose. They have the elastic band inside waist that keeps your shirt from coming untucked. Plenty of pocket space for pocket flashlight, tape, trauma shears, pens, cell phone, locks and flush or whatever.Never an issue when on scene and having to hold C spine for minutes at a time or any other position that requires squatting. Material breathes easy, never hot, and I work in So. California during peak summer times when it reaches 105 degrees here in San Bernardino county easily. I highly recommend these pants for anyone in the EMS field or related field. You won't be disappointed.

Just a little baggy
So I got these pants for all the pockets and the durability I had got a cheap pair from Amazon when I went into school so I wanted to treat myself to a nice set of BDU’s!! The waist is very comfy and I love the rubber to help keep the shirt from riding up and absolutely love all the pockets!! The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is they are a little baggy around the lags. I’m a smaller guy so maybe it will fit someone who is fuller but luckily my mother-in-law can sow so I may have her take them in with out compromising the inside pocket for the knee pads. I’am happy with my purchase and by all means love them besides that!!

Not up to the quality I expected.
These are actually a large fit on me, so they are long and look a bit baggy compared to my other EMT pants. I didn't realize that the instructions say to wash without any fabric softener, which means they can't be washed with the rest of our laundry. I don't know what would happen if fabric softener was used, but that's a big mark against them for me. And they seem heavier than other lightweight pants I've previously owned. So they turned out to be something of a disappointment for such a well-known name garment.

Great for those who aren't skinny ... good enough for us skinny ones
Quality construction. They will last a while I'm a skinny guy and with the sizing I wish I would have gone down. I'm a a true 29" so I ordered the 30"... should have gone with the 28" due to the elastic in the waist band.Comfortable fit down to my knees, a little baggy for my thin frame. . . 4 stars only because the extra fabric around my low legs is cumbersome. The fit is appropriate measurements for waist and length.

Very durable
I use these pants for work. Great EMS pants. They wear like iron. I wash them after every day I use them. I have found very slight shrinkage after about 150 washes. (3 washes per week x 52 weeks) The pants are baggy at the bottom, but that's OK. They fit over my work boots nicely. No bunching up at the ankle. Because they are so durable, they are a little heavy. Also, for you EMS people out there, The crud, - you know, blood , vomit, etc., - does not soak through the pants to my skin. 2 thumbs up for that!

Great buy.
I'm not an EMT, but I always need lots of big pockets. These are VERY well made, quality pants for everyday use. You can wear these just about anywhere. BUT - don't mention they're EMT pants, or you'll invariably be asked if you're an EMT. "Nope, sorry, just the pants are EMT.' He,he,he. Well worth the price. I'm ordering more. Much better than Dickies, Carhart, etc.

The indistry standard
I have been a Paramedic for 15 years, I have used many EMS pants over the years however in the last 5-6 years I have used nothing but 5.11 and have no plans to switch anytime soon. They are by far the most comfortable and useful pants I have ever used.

My fav work pants.
I love the capacity afforded by the number of pockets. The water resistance is also nice. Best work pants I've got.
