Great Fitness Game!
First of all, this is my first experience with a fitness video game. I have nothing to compare it to -- my review is based solely on my experience playing this game.Things I like:- Lots of workouts available, from Abs to Zen. (Hee hee!)- The medals keep things interesting. There are tons of them, and they give you another reason to push harder.- The daily to-dos (3 a day) are great for people who need more motivation to get moving -- also great for people who like to check off and complete a list.- The online community makes it possible to see friends' scores and beat them (which you are occasionally rewarded for).- A diverse selection of activities that keeps you coming back for more!Things I dislike (or don't care about):- Dancing. If I want to dance, I'll dance to music without a game. I am not coordinated enough to follow many of the moves. Also, not a fan of the music selection. But this is my problem...hardly a reason to knock a star off the review.- The fitness levels on this game are far too uneven. It should take more effort to level up. I'm already a Level 3, and I've only worked out for a couple of weeks.- The scoring is messed up sometimes. One of my to-dos yesterday was "Get 90% in any Cardio workout -- I had to redo the same workouts for at least 2 hours just to get that 90% to-do completed.Overall, I love this game. There are a few things I don't understand, but I would definitely recommend this game to someone looking to enter the video game fitness world =^-*=!

Great deal for the money - good workout. (occasional disk issues fixed with restart)
I did not expect much for the price. The first time I tried it I got a disk error, I restarted my wii U and tried again and it worked. I has happened a few times since but works after restarting wii. The workouts are pretty good with adjustable difficulty so not afraid I will hurt myself. Some of the workouts are a little hard to figure out how to get the amazing (best) rating, but I am learning more each time. I really like the zen interactive meditation as I am not good and just closing my eyes and meditating. I definitely recommend, if it was not for the occasional disk error I would have given 5 stars.

This game is so cool!!!
First off, let me say that I read the reviews about the lack of sync function with the remote and the game. i can totally relate because we had that same problem on a few games on our wii. I just played this game, did all my daily tasks, which unlocked things to buy, medals and added a fitness goal. I added some healthy recipes to my favorites list. i like that you can target trouble zones, or work cardio all over. i like that you can switch up trainers, so it's like having loads of workout videos from various people all in one game. i am a competitive person, and I love being rewarded for my efforts, so the money to spend on unlockable workouts that are fun suits me. The goals I set coupled with the daily to-do list set for me will keep me motivated, and I have the added bonus of medals which also somewhat acts as a goal. The extras, like fun activities geared for kids makes me happy because I have a kiddo i can coerce to play with me on occasion. I can add his profile and we can compete. There are also kid friendly recipes. All in all, this is totally my favorite! It's like having my own personal trainer for the low price of electricity. I'm do happy. Instead of sneaking into the workout room, I have a feeling I'm gonna be sneaking onto my kidfos wii u everyday!

Good fitness program overall
This is great at home workout. If you know you will join a gym and never go, and you are disciplined about fitness, this could be for you. The activities range from a few minutes for warm up and cool downs to 15 minutes with extended time options. There are some workouts for kids and seniors, zen-tai chi-like, yoga, kickboxing, dance moves, cardio, body-part specific toning, and a program mode to let the game decide what your workout will be based on your input. There are classes to learn the routines. It also has some recipes to help with calorie intake. I would have rated it 5, but I found it a bit difficult to find the workouts I wanted. There is a to do each day, but no way to know if the Cardio Dance Workout they mean is in the Cardio section, the Acitivity section or the workout section. There needs to be a link between the needed activity and which ones it is. An easier way to view all activities/workouts/classes would be nice since I often spend too much time trying to find what I want. Overall a good workout system and will know in a few months how effective it is.

Better than Wii Fit U
For the $10 they are currently charging for this item, it is totally worth it. I feel like I got my money's worth after just a couple of days. It's not perfect, especially the lack of screen mirroring onto the game pad. The accurate scoring isn't a huge priority for me, but from what I can tell doing things quickly tends to net you a better score than smoother motions. Pick whatever is more important to you I guess. As for the routines, this will give you a better workout than Wii Fit U. I love the Fit games, but the pace of trying to do a workout is so slow. Your Shape goes through routines at the pace you want, which is quickly with a few breaks mixed in.

Great Fitness tool, if you ignore the scoring.
This game offers an intense workout experience. This game has a variety of different types of workouts, including muscle training, Yoga (Zen) training, and Aerobic workouts. Plus it allows oyu to setup your own type of 'programs' depending on what you want to get out of the game OR you can follow one of the available programs available. As a bonus, it has a recipe helper to further help you live healthier. The problem is that this game has a terrible scoring measure. I'm not sure exaclty what the game is expecting, but half the time (it seems) the game scores high or low regardless of whats actually going on.If you ignore the scoring, this is a great tool to get in shape. YOUR shape that is.... wakka wakka wakka

not for Australia
Disc not recognised on Australian WiiU. Do not buy if you are in Au.

Waste of money
Cannot pay on Australian WiiU. Only mention is fine print on the disc sold for the Americans only. Why is Amazon Australia selling it?

I love it, tracks everything you need
I love it, tracks everything you need. The exercises are a great workout. I like the Daily Tasks, it always feels like you have to do them everyday, even when you don't feel like working out
