I can't say enough good things about these dip handles. They are built solid, and even when supporting my 225 lbs, they don't give a millimeter. They fit perfectly on my New York Barbell TDS Power Rack (H-92560-B) and measure 23 inches handle-to-handle mounted inside, which I find perfect given my wider shoulders. I use them for dips as well as pronated grip and neutral grip pull-ups. Bottom line, if you're looking for dip handles for a 2" square tube power rack, you simply can't beat these. Excellent deal, excellent product.

Finally what I was looking for! For all of you asking if this will fit to your rack that is not the Valor Fitness Rack, it is 2x2 beam with 1 inch diameter Hole applicable. Which means it fits my Fitness Reality 810XLT rack that I purchased. My rack has virtually no accessories so finding some that work with it is a challenge. But this did the trick. It is extremely sturdy, great spacing, comfortable grips, and works like a charm. Highly recommend for a Valor Or Fitness Reality 810 Rack

Worked perfect with my Valor fitness rack. Adds to the versatility of the system and is easily removed when not in use. Handles aren't padded, more like hard rubber. But it is sturdy and feels good when doing dips or other exercises. Would recommend for anyone with a Valor fitness rack system.

This is an awesome accessory for the Valor power racks (or any power rack for that matter). You can do dips! What more needs to be said. I am 6'2 and weigh 250 lbs, this thing holds my weight and a 45 lbs plate. I also love the fact that you can adjust the height of the dip handles (by placing in higher holes on your power rack). You can also do some good ab work with this contraption. If you have a power rack buy this you will not be disappointed.

Honestly I didn't think these would hold up well when they first arrived. They seemed a little skinny and the metal didn't appear to be the strongest but I was wrong. I'm 6'2" and 240 pounds and these things hold my big ass no problem. They are extremely durable and for the price you can't beat that. They mount right up to any 2" squat rack and bam you can do dips all day with them. I haven't added extra weight to these so I don't know how well they'd do holding like 300 plus pounds. But if you're that much of a beast you shouldn't be buying cheap stuff on Amazon as is.

These handles are a nice addition to the BD-7, and are good for both dips and leg lifts.They're easy to attach and remove quickly as you move through your sets. Was a little concerned about whether these things would be strong enough -- I'm 210 lbs, and the shape of these handles means that there's a whole lot of torque near that first weld. But they've held up very well so far, and show no signs of strain.

Bought a Powerline PPR200X Power Rack and there is no dip attachment, was desperate to find one that would fit from another brand. This one does the trick. Very simple to put on and take off. Very sturdy. The measurements are not exactly the same for the Powerline power rack but it doesn't make a difference, works great.

My issue with this is the distance between the handles. I bought this in conjunction with the Valor Fitness BD-7 and you can see for yourself! Not a typical fit from the standalone dippers in the gym. I'm more used to my arms being slightly off to the side not full on wide angle. For reference I'm 6'2". The metal feels very durable and the handles are a hard type of plastic or rubber, but I use the inside to dip from not the handle, which would be even wider grip.
