NOW Essential Oils, Bergamot Oil, Sweet Aromatherapy Scent, Cold Pressed, 100% Pure, Vegan, Child Resistant Cap, 1-Ounce

My "go-to" for marjoram sweet EO & NOW is 1 of my "go-to" companies. It's good quality. A good price. Solid packaging, I've never had a leak. The smell, color & consistently is what it should be. I know I'm not getting a waterdown or blended product. I use it in my diffuser every night to help me breathe since I can't use the normal "go-tos" for breathing cuz of my kitties. It doesn't help me out well & I used to make an anti-snoring blend for a friend - it even helps my furbabies snoring lol For the 1st time I had an issue getting it delivered, but that's not the company or sellers fault, it was USPS fault - it was "out for delivery" on schedule, but never delivered. It then ended up at a post office 80 miles away in a different state, bouncing between that post office and another office 30 miles away, back & forth for 6 days! I called Amazon who wasn't much help (which was new), the said "it's lost" - it wasn't lost you could track it's journey back & forth between 2 different post offices throughout the day! The contacted the seller for me, I don't know if they did anything, but within 3 days it was finally delivered

*********** UPDATE 3/816/2015 *********************** Since I've written this review I have been back to purchase another bottle of this EO. It's been a life saver for me. My husband has had only minor snoring issue since I started him on this . The snoring issues he has had have been very few and far between and either very brief or due to allergies. I can count on one hand the number of times I have been woken up by his snoring since I've been using this EO. I'm not 100% sure if it's the EO or just an amazing coincidence. Prior to using this EO there had many nights he volunteered to sleep on the couch due to his snoring so he isn't yet willing to test whether this EO is the cure for his snoring or whether he just doesn't have an issue any longer. ************** Review from September 12, 2014 ********************************* This is Marjoram essential oil ( thymus mastichina ) passed my paper test which may indicate that it's 100% essential oil. It smells a bit minty and medicinal. I purchased this essential oil after researching that there is a potential that essential oils can help with snoring. My husband and I've been together coming up 16 years and in the last year he just started snoring. We contribute the change to a 20 pound weight gain and he's working losing those 20 pounds however in the mean time we needed something which could help with his snoring. We used nose strips, he tries to stay on his side, he stopped drinking before bed and we even elevated the bed so he's sleeping on a slight incline but none of this has been 100% effective and in the last month I've been woken up by his snoring more times than not. We had tried the Marjoram essential oil in the past and it seemed to work but we stopped using it for some reason. I brought it out again after a week of him snoring heavily. He spent a good 5 minutes breathing it in and even put some under his nose and for the first time in a long time I was able to sleep the entire night. We tried it for another week and had only one case where he snored lightly but quickly stopped. I then purchased an essential oil diffuser and it's been running for a week with success. Currently we have gone two weeks being nearly snore free. One night of light snoring and that was it. My fingers are crossed that Marjoram is working and it's not some sort of coincidence that he's not snoring.

I like Earl Grey tea, but I don't like the price usually, so I started looking around for a way to make my own. I started with my favorite tea, PG tips, and went on to find oil of Bergamot to complete the recipe. I searched high and low for a quality oil at a good price. I could have gone to my local food coop, but they tend to be over-priced. This bottle is the largest quantity of good quality oil for the lowest price. Some oils were labeled in such a way that I couldn't be sure they were intended to be ingested, and I didn't want to take a chance on them. Maybe it wouldn't have mattered. At any rate, this oil has the great bergamot fragrance associated with Earl Grey tea. I find that one or two drops is all I need to add the flavor to a nice strong cup of PG Tips tea. I either add it to the tea leaves in the pot before adding the water, or I add it to the cup with my stevia before I add the brewed tea. I stir it up well, and give it a couple of minutes. When you drink it immediately, it is a little bitter. I think it needs a little bit of time to evaporate some of what is going to evaporate. I'm just guessing. But I do know that it tastes better after it has mingled with the hot tea for a few minutes. The opening is one of those that allows you to control the drops. It works very well. I find that I have to turn it a certain way to get the oil to come out. If you look inside the dropper opening, you can see it is in 3 sections, and 1 section is different. It drips better if this one different section is down toward the cup. Otherwise, it is hard to get a drop out. I think this bottle is going to last almost forever. Good product, great price. Highly recommended.

Esta "manjerona" tem o nome científico de "Thymus mastichina" conforme o rotulo e o cheiro do produto. Faz-se mister observar que é diferente da "Manjerona" cujo nome científico é "Origanum majorana" Esta ultima tem efeito calmante e hipotensor (abaixa a pressão arterial). A primeira, o produto aqui em questão, da família do tomilho, "manjerona espanhola" é um excelente bactericida, mas, seu efeito é hipertensor (aumenta a pressão arterial). E necessário avaliar para qual uso o produto está sendo adquirido.
