I'll be upfront: I was skeptical about switching from my usual fluoride toothpaste to something a little more unconventional, but NOW Foods Xyliwhite Cinnafresh has completely won me over — and not just me, but my dentist too. Let's start with the most immediately noticeable thing: the flavor. The cinnamon taste is absolutely beautiful — warm, clean, and refreshing without being overpowering or artificially sweet. It's the kind of flavor that makes brushing your teeth feel less like a chore and more like a treat. After years of the same minty options, this was a genuinely pleasant surprise. My mouth feels clean and fresh long after I've finished brushing, and that lingering cinnamon warmth is something I genuinely look forward to twice a day. As for results — my last dental checkup said it all. My dentist was impressed with the condition of my teeth and gums, commenting on how clean and well-maintained everything looked. When I mentioned I'd switched to Xyliwhite, the feedback was nothing but positive. That kind of professional endorsement is hard to argue with. I floss, use a water flosser as needed, and use this toothpaste. He said my teeth looked so good he should be paying me! I’ve been trying to move away from standard fluoride toothpastes, and this is one of the better alternatives I’ve found. It doesn’t have that overwhelming 'fake mint' flavor, and it doesn't foam up like crazy, which I actually prefer. My teeth feel smooth and clean after brushing, and it doesn’t leave my mouth feeling dry or irritated. It’s a solid, reliable choice if you’re looking for a more natural option

This toothpaste is very mildly cinnamon flavored and doesn't burn like my Crest mint flavored did. And my teeth have never been so white!

I love this for the health of my teeth. The flavor is mild cinnamon. I don't like that it doesn't foam up at all so it feels like you're not using anything. I add another toothpaste every time I use it so there's at least a little sudsing/foaming action. Some may not mind that, but I do. My teeth stay much smoother & cleaner feeling for longer throughout the day & between dental cleanings. Xylitol naturally helps prevent plaque from forming.

I love that's it's not all foamy and good taste

Has a very mild hardly noticeable cinnamon flavor and has a base that reminds me of petroleum jelly. I had gag reflex issues with this toothpaste but it does clean the teeth well.

I drink a lot of tea and coffee, and my teeth had been getting more stained over the years. I also think from using several erosive things (lemon juice, etc.) a lot much of the enamel had gotten damaged and more dentin which is more yellow was exposed, which makes it harder to whiten your teeth. And I try to avoid peppermint toothpastes (bothers my heart), while also refusing to use chemical whiteners that are popular because several people I know who used them regularly ended up with mouth, throat or stomach cancer, so I prefer a different natural solution, and there didn't seem to be many out there that worked. When I had braces years ago I had to swish multiple times a day with hydrogen peroxide 3% diluted and it would whiten the teeth, but that didn't seem to work anymore either. I've used a different Xyliwhite in the past and it worked okay, but didn't entirely whiten teeth. So when I first got this flavor of Xyliwhite I researched everything in it to see what in it was supposed to whiten and what other ingredients in it help. I found out they use papain from papaya which is known to help whiten and actually permeate the enamel to whiten dentin under it, while xylitol is known to fight bacteria and plaque and create a protective barrier on the teeth, and cinnamon freshens well although actually supposedly can sometimes stain teeth, but I haven't noticed that at all so it's probably a small amount or deactivated from the other ingredients. There is also sodium bicarbonate. Now this toothpaste alone seems to work pretty well, although a little slowly, which you would expect with many natural toothpastes, but when I did a combo - started brushing my teeth with this toothpaste, then splashed a little 3% hydrogen peroxide onto my toothbrush (so it would be diluted a little having started brushing already) and continued brushing for a minute or two, WOW what a difference. Within just a couple days my teeth were getting way whiter, several shades whiter. Something seems to activate more with the two combined. After using it for less than two weeks (brushing 2-3 times a day) my teeth were practically as white as a chemical tooth whitener would make them. So this is my new tooth whitening regimen! All natural, not unhealthy, and very effective!

シナモン配合との事で使用後の爽快感を期待して購入しました。口にして最初に感じたのは「甘い」でした。昔在った子供用のバナナ味やイチゴ味の歯磨きを思い出しました。キシリトールも配合されているとの事で性能的には良いものかも知れませ。
