Perfect Light Sleep Sack for Warm Nights
I am such a fan of Aden +Anais swaddle wraps. We use them all the time for our baby in her stroller on warm days, while playing, etc. Our seven month old girl has been sleeping in a sleep sac (a different brand) since she was four months. When the weather started getting a bit warmer we would find that she would wake up pretty sweaty. We thought since it was starting to get warm, she might need a thinner sleep sack. I was so excited to find that Aden + Anais made sleep sacks! It's perfect for allowing airflow for her while she sleeps while still providing a bit of comfort and warmth. I expect these will become great for her as we progress into summer months.the sack is comfortable and offers her a bit of security, but it is roomy enough that she's able to roll herself over and over throughout the night, as well as sit up in it. She's been happy in it and doesn't get tangled like she would in her warmer sacks of other brands. She's seven months old, and this fits her quite well. She still has plenty of room to grow until we have to move up to a large size. By then she may not need a full sack, so I'm glad this will work for a while!

Adorable design, high quality muslin, but zipper needs improvement
I've got many of the Aden & Anais swaddle blankets and sleep sacks .. and was delighted to find this new adorable design. The muslin material is very soft and washes well - better than many of the other A+A products I've bought, for some reason, which tend to pill up a lot more. The fit is great on my little one. He is getting pretty strong at 6mo, and hasn't yet kicked through it (as I read in some other reviews) even though it's a fairly thin material.Yes, the material is lightweight - but perfect for daytime summer naps here in the SF Bay Area (daytime room temps of 68-72F). This would not be a good purchase for nighttime use, or fall/spring/winter.The only thing that needs improvement on this bag is the zipper. It is a little flimsy and the zipper has become separated a couple times. I've always been able to get it back on track fairly easily (so far), but I've read in other reviews that the zipper has become irrevocably damaged so am aware this may be a problem in the future.

perfect for warm weather
I was hesitant to buy this based on reviews about rips and the zipper breaking, but we've had this in heavy rotation for almost four months and have no complaints! It's true the zipper is cheaper than most others (plastic) but this hasn't caused any problems for us.It is so soft, and has gotten even softer with washing. The mod turtle print is cute - a good gender neutral option. Size medium says 6-12 months, 15-24 lbs / 7-11 kg. My daughter has been wearing this since she was 7 months, 18lbs and is now 11 months and about 20.5 lbs and it fits very comfortably. I think she will outgrow the length first, but that seems to be the case with every sleesack (and all sleepers and onesies too).Even though I bought it for summer I think we'll actually be able to keep using it this fall and maybe into winter since fleece sleepers aren't quite warm enough here (Minnesota) by themselves (well, depending on the kid and house) but it's too much to layer them with heavier sleepsacks. We've been using this over her regular clothes a lot for naps too and I think that will continue to work at least through the fall. This summer we used this sleepsack with just a onesie at naps or a lightweight cotton sleeper at night.

Mislabelled size? Too small
I owned one of these sleeping sack for my infant son, and I loved them so much I decided to order one through Amazon. I don't know if the stock is different, but the medium that I ordered is way too small. My son is 16 pounds and I can barely loop his arms through the arm holes. He's a pretty lean baby, so I doubt that body shape is an issue. Besides, the other one that we have (and that we ordered through a different site) is great--there's still room for him to grow into it, which is how it should be, considering that the weight range is intended to be from 15-24 pounds. It's too bad, because we really like aden + anais in general.

Great fabric, bad zip
I read the other reviews on here about the broken zips but ordered anyway. I love the soft, stretchy muslin and the print of these sleeping bags and we have used them for every sleep and nap all summer long. Our zips have not broken as such (we have 2 sleeping bags) but when the little man has been fighting us sometimes they have popped open up the top. I think it's a sign that the zips are not poor quality that they were able to be zipped up afterwards normally again and they are still very useable. The real problem with the zip is getting the dang thing zipped up with a wriggling bubba is nearly impossible! You have to match the two pieces up the top in an awkward place across his chest so it is so hard to keep him still and engage each piece. It's good that the zip opens at the bottom to make changes easy, but really a 2 way zip would be so much more practical and would make these sleeping bags an excellent, 5 star product.

Great Next Stage Product for Transitioning from Swaddle to Sleep Sack
This sleep sack is a great weight (1 ply cotton muslin). Very lightweight so you can still dress your baby in pajamas or onesie without baby getting too hot in warmer temps. The zipper is very functional and zips from top to bottom without velcro. Easy care washing makes it softer with every wash. Color is a bit brighter than photo but so cute! It is somewhat larger in size (I ordered medium) than I expected for my 5 month old (approx 20 lb), but I like that it has extra foot room at the bottom for her to grow. This supplier was quick with shipment and item was described properly. Highly recommend! Tips: 1) Swaddle as long as baby tolerates. You will know when your baby is ready for sleep sack. We actually swaddled (arms in) til 4 months, then used velcro Halo sleepsack at 4 months, then purchased this sleep sack 2) training your baby to go from swaddle to sleep sack prevents them from climbing out of crib when they get older.
