Expanded House Plan Template (32T)

I enjoy using the various Templates made by this company. I find them to be well made and long-lasting. It's so much easier to use the templates than it is to draw everything in by hand as I used to do. I especially like them for trying different arrangements as I can use the template to make cut-outs of the items in question and then actually draw it in once I like the placement.

As an amateur drafting person I found this product to be as described in the ad. Arrived on time, quality of this product great has used it several times and will continue to do so for a long time to come. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great drafting tool.

If you are doing Architectural drafting of any kind, well first off, really? You need to get CAD, but beside that, it has many of the templates needed for basic architectural drafting. My one gripe is that this thing is rather large. I was hoping for a smaller (say 4x6) size so I can use it as a general straight edge, but it is too big for that making it difficult to use as a straightedge. I don't recall seeing the dimensions when I purchased, but it is a gaudy 6-1/2" x 9-1/2".

Works great for working over housing plans. We use this professionally. A full price paid review. Strong enough to be used all day, every day. Buy two: this one might disappear with other designers ;)

Product is as expected; it's easy to use and just as easy to understand. It will take care of all of your basic designing needs as the stencils included are standards. The product itself doesn't feel too flimsy, while still remaining flexible. You may have to purchase an additional stencil for more specific and/or specialized items, but as far as the basics go, this template has got you covered.

It has ridges on 3 sides and is straight on the short side. Scale is larger than I realized it would be. Keeping, but ordered smaller scale. Great if you order wearing your glasses and that's what you want!

Has stencils for everything I need and more. Has great flex to it so I never worry about creasing it easily.

Worked great for what I needed. Delivery was fast. My only issue was not with the product, but with the shipping. The template was shipped in a huge box with lots of "air-packs" A lot of overkill and waste!
