Good value, quality. Nice appearance for work or play.
Second pair. First pair soles and most of the shoe wore well. The heel seam started fray a little earlier than expected, but mostly because of the way I put them on. This pair I will use a shoe horn and I hope to get two years out of them. They look appropriate with both jeans and cotton slacks. I wore them as my only shoe on vacation in Europe. Lots of walking, all day. Always comfortable, light and supportive. I'll get another pair when these wear out.Edit: Just bought my third pair early, because of the good price. Second pair still has another year in them. Excellent wear, no fraying (still didn't use a shoe horn). EXTREMELY comfortable. Great sole traction on every surface, wet and dry. Perfectly appropriate appearance for everything except a suit and tie, and not bad for that, either. I hope Keen keeps making these and I'll buy a pair every two years. Thanks, Keen.Additional Edit: Several years of wearing this shoe, I now buy a new pair every year, and have several extra pair in the garage for when Keen stops making them. I've decided I can't live without these shoes. I've never had such happy feet, and the TRACTION. WOW! I feel like Spiderman. I can see why Chefs like these shoes on slippery wet tile floors. They grip everything. I could get more than a year out of them, but at this price I get a nice looking new pair of shoes that go with everything and have new soles every year. Again, thank you Keen! Also, watch for sales. Sometimes the price goes waaay down.

GOOD SHOES FOR A CHEF
I purchased these for my son who is a chef of 30 years & on his feet all day. He has worn them for almost two weeks and says they are the most comfortable shoes he has had for work. No break period in was needed. He especially likes the extra width they give him in the toe area. They seem to be well made shoes.Still a 5 star as my son has worn them 10 to 11 hours a day five days a week for 9 months, and they are still very comfortable and showing no real wear especially around the water and oil found in a busy kitchen... 400+ meals/night. He is going to buy a second pair for backup in case these become unavailable. Further some of his staff have switched to these and like them as well.

Great non slip work shoe.
My son is on his 10th year of wearing these Keen work shoes. He works 25 hour a week (all the time on his feet) they don’t rub or hurt his feet, they are non slip, and comfortable. He’s doing wet and dry tasks without issue. A pair lasts him close to a year, and he logs a lot of miles on them.

Great work shoe
This is the 2nd pair I have bought . I do 12k to 22k steps a day at work. I walked about 1200 miles on the first pair that was about 6 months. This pair I at about 700 miles after about 3 months. Starting to show heel wear that has worn down past no slip area. This is always my first severe wear point all brands of shoes so not surprising. At current work load I will get another at least 200miles or another month or 2 so great value for the money. Only got 30 days out of schetchers before changing the Insole costing an extra $40 to get 3 total months of work out of them. I do not wear them except on work shifts.

KEEN...WHAT WHERE YOU THINKING?!
Amazon needs to update the images to reflect the new version of these cheapened shoes. I've been wearing these amazing shoes for over 10 years. They're one of the very few work shoes that kept my feet happy when I need to be on them for a few hours. I have to think that someone bought out KEEN, because for the life of me, I can't understand some of the changes they've made in this shoe. Most noticeable is the padding, these use to be quite padded in the heal, the tongue..the padding has been cut in half, affecting fit, and comfort. These always felt like cozy slippers, right out of the box. The shoe also feels lighter, and seems to be from the sole material being thinner, or not as dense. Other than the padding not keeping my foot as snug in the shoe, thankfully, the fit of the shoe hasn't changed. Sadly, they now use the slightly firmer insert (canteen version), and along with the not as firm sole, my feet now ache within a hour of wearing them, something that NEVER happened with the old version. FOLKS...if these were "improvements", companies would brag about it in their advertising. They've also replaced their great laces, with black waxed tennis shoe laces. I've only worn these a few times to see if they can somehow be broken in, which these shoes NEVER needed. We'll see how they hold up. The only things that wore out on the old version were the heal lining material, and the sole.

Superb for active lifestyle!
As a server/bartender, these shoes have been tremendous for work. They have a very solid support and I can safely say the grip is very strong and I have never slipped on greasy, wet, or icy surfaces. I cannot say the same for all of my coworkers ;(. These shoes have contributed to a improved posture in addition to back pain disappearing. They are very durable as well with no sign of wear and tear after 4 months. If you spend a lot of time on your feet, these shoes are the best choice. Favorite shoes I have had in 10+ years in the food service industry!

Great shoe for the kitchen
True length. Large toe box. Great shoe for the kitchen. They are not absolutely hideous like most kitchen shoes. They are kinda squeaky

Keen Work Shoe
Love the style and comfort of shoe but very lacking on slip resistant. Work that and I think you have a near perfect work shoe.
