Stickablity
The horizontal strips have a tendency to peel off within 1-2 days on the lower back area; but, behind the kneel no problems.

saves my ankles on trail runs
I'm an avid trail runner with thin ankles that roll and sprain easily. Strengthening exercises only help so much, but Rocktape has been a major help. I used to use KT tape but it never stayed on during any run more than a couple miles. I can make it 10+ miles in Florida swampland (hot, humid, muddy) without Rocktape coming loose, although it tends to lose its hold where it passes over the extremely angular parts of my bones. I ran 9 swamp miles last week and would've sprained my right ankle really bad if not for the strip of Rocktape I'd put on before the run. It provides just enough support to catch the ankle a little before it completely rolls. I like the long roll versus the precut strips so I can customize the size I need rather than wasting a bunch of tape by whittling down the precut strips. I work in PT and am pretty used to taping people, but I can see where placement could be slightly challenging for someone who's never taped before. I haven't had that issue, though, and one strip per ankle has been enough to give me the right amount of support without restricting movement.

Works!
Very important if you are someone that does a lot of sports. I have a foot injury and this has helped me with support. I never go anywhere without my rock tape. Great product

Quality KT tape at a fair price
This was my second purchase of RockTape. I appreciate that it can be worn for more than a day or two and still offer support. I like the continuous roll because I can cut the tapes to size without waste. If you are particularly tall or rather short, being able to cut to fit without wasting any tape is really helpful. I use this when occasional aches or strains remind me that I'm not in my 20's anymore. I've gotten advice from my chiropractor, as well as watched online videos to help with application techniques. Definitely worth the price for the relief it can bring.

Does not stick
Tape did not stick. Not sure if it was too old or had stored improperly. I had the PT look at it too, she agreed it was defective. Tried to return or exchange but I do not have original packaging.

This stuff really works!
Okay, so I had never heard of Kinesiology tape before, but ran across it while I was looking for something to help me with Tibialis Anterior Tendonitis. I read about it and watched a few videos and thought, okay, I'll give it a try. I really didn't expect a lot, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it actually does work. Now that I know what it is, I see it all the time on TV. The dancers on So You Think You Can Dance use it a lot and now I know why.If you have some muscle soreness or tendonitis injuries, give it a try. I'm glad I did. I feel that it was a huge help in getting my tendonitis pain under control. If you decide to try this tape, go watch some youtube videos on how to apply the tape correctly for your condition. Youtube videos helped me a lot.

The best KT tape there is
Absolutely the best kinesio tape I’ve tried. The original brand (you know, the one whose name is eponymous) didn’t stick worth a darn in the high-sweat, high-heat, high-salt conditions of “stuck to the legs of a runner during a hard workout.” This stuff goes on and stays for a week. If you’re trying for adhesion over an area with lots of stretch or movement, first wash your skin with Dawn (yes, literally Dawn, no substitute), let dry, rub with isopropyl alcohol, let dry, apply tape.

GREAT physical therapy tape
Rock Tape is my go to for taping my knee when I swim and work out. It is much easier on my sensitive skin than others tapes and stays on pretty well in the pool. Just make sure that there are no oils on the skin before applying.
