How do I know if this is the right contactor for my equipment?

If your old contactor has a 120V Coil and is rated 40A, 30A, or 25A. This 40A model is a heavy-duty upgrade for lower amp units. Rule: Coil voltage must be exact; Amps can be higher, but never lower than your original one.

Can I use this to control 277V or 480V lighting circuits.
