On my 3rd one
It works great when it works… I’m on my 3rd one and no matter what I do it only lasts 1 year (right outside warranty) when it start reading “Er”

It does the job
Good product. Not the best! I got an error message that wouldn't go away the first time i used it. (and serveral other times) Instructions don't say anything about clearing it. I decided to open the meter, remove the batteries and let it sit for awhile. This seems to do trick. But all in all it does the job. Accurate readings (compared it with more expensive meters used by the electricians from local utility company and by the electrical inspector) Happy with my purchase!
