Fits any size nose without any pain. Easy to adjust. Can slide up and down for easy change of swimming style. When I swim on my back I like to breathe through the nose, so I slide it up a little and it still stays. Worth every penny. Will be returning cheap silicon ones I bought before this one.

It does a good job of keeping water out of your nose. I started swimming following back surgery but sneezed so badly and became so congested from the chlorine I almost gave it up. Bought the nose plugs and haven't sneezed since. They did take a while to get used to. A bit tight and uncomfortable, but now I am used to them. Worth the discomfort to not sneeze all evening!

I have oily skin and am prone to sweat so I was worried the clip would slip off in the water. I wiped the outside of my nose with a towel right before placing the clip and went snorkeling for a few hours. This thing didn't slip once! I adjusted it a few times and it takes a bit to get used to the feeling, but all in all, it's a reliable product.

IMPORTANT: for any nose plug you purchase, they will probably not work well if you have any oily skin on and around your nose.. Before you hit the lap pool, head to the bathroom and wash your whole nose area with soap a couple of times to get the oil off! I've bought many nose plugs over the years, and this one is pretty good, among the best. There is a basic $1.50 cheepy that works well for me, too (got on swimoutlet.com .... amazon looks to have a comperable one for 1.60). For me, I needed a plug that had pretty strong holding power, and this one has it ... can adjust tighter or looser as you need it by bending. Still haven't found THE perfect nose plug for me yet, but this one keeps most of the water out.

Have used this previously for swimming and general swimming related activities but the purchase this time was was through repeated nosebleeds that require you to pinch your nose for a long period of time and this does just the job perfectly. It has really helped.

These are good at keeping water out of your nose. Unfortunately, they fall part really quickly. I bought two pairs in October 2020 and they have both gone belly up. The plastic nose piece split on one side, exposing the bare metal and irritating my nose. I have maybe gotten 10 swims out of each pair, for a cost of S$1 per swim. I definitely would not recommend these, the quality is really poor. I have used nose clips for close to 30 years and never experienced anything like this.
