I recently bought an Elph 110 and wanted a spare battery to go with it. But the Canon batteries were ridiculously expensive and I almost gave up. Then I ran across this one and was a little skeptical because the price was so low. With a few exceptions I generally follow the "you get what you pay for" philosophy. But I REALLY needed a spare for vacation so I decided to take a chance. What a pleasant surprise!. I've experienced NONE of the strange negatives that a few other reviewers have posted. It is exactly the same as the Canon battery without the sticker shock. No issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to buy another one.

the wife wanted a new smaller, lighter camera for the Christmas season. well all the light weight camers do not have the AA batteries, they have these packs which are much smaller and last longer. so I bought her a CANON PowerShot which comes with one battrey and a charger. I knew that we travel a great deal and ,more then just a few times, have had to stop in a store to buy new batteries. I wanted a spare to carry fully charged . the replacement battery fron Canon was $50+ so I found this and at a price of apx.$10 I ordered it.. got the battery before the camera ...when the camera came I charged this unit . it works very well. she has been taking photos at 2 Christmas parades and a birthday party as well as a trip to see friends on the west coast. still using this battery .. in my opinon I saved over $40 and a lot of headaches over not getting all the photos the wife wants ,,,, a great buy and it lasts and lasts ..but no bunny picture on it Martin Harris, Edgewater,FL

Looks and fits just like the factory battery.

Using it now but not taking many pictures with my old Canon camera so battery life & longevity unknown. I liked the fact that the initial charge was fast so shelf life does not look like it will be a problem. I mainly bought it for a spare as my old one does not hold much of a charge at all anymore but when I want to take a picture the only thing the old one will need to do is work as a spare while I charge my new one :)

I used the Wasabi battery as my prime battery on my Canon ELPH 110 HS on an extended overseas trip last year as I found that the battery lasted longer between charges than the new original Canon battery. I initially used it quite heavily each day for 30+ days and have used it intermittenly since. The Wasabi charges fine on the Canon battery charger. Cosmetically, it looks well made. Regarding its serviceablilty, after nearly a year it is still working great and it still holds a charge well. I would buy this product again and would recommend it to others. In summary, it works great and it costs $ instead of $$$$$.

Though I've had a generally positive impression of Wasabi Power Batteries in the past, this one is a disappointment. For some reason, this battery is not compatible with the charger of my Canon camera. Please take that into consideration when ordering this for your Canon camera. Only order this battery with a wasabi charger otherwise, you'll end up throwing this one away as I did.
