Lo compré para cambiar por un tiempo el polvo de vitamina c, pero estas son muy grandes, tengo que tomar 6 gramos diarios y se me hace difícil. De todas formas los tomé y si hacen su trabajo y son de buena calidad. Las recomiendo

Great Vitamin C supplement!
I love these! Been taking them for 3 years and before taking these i used to get sick at least 3 times a year. I haven't been sick ever since I been taking these consistently

Hard to swallow
They don't taste too bad like some vitamin c do but they're so big that they're hard to swallow and they're so hard that you can barely break them in half. The quality is good. The price was good and the amount that you get for your price is good.
