Very happy! super amazing condition, the battery has lasted me two days now while using it a lot lol, doesn’t even get hot. 😈 i’ve fully charged it once so far, i thought at first the computer wasn’t charging, so i updated it started charging. everything works great, & i’m extremely satisfied. best part is, i got it very quickly. thank you! highly recommended

Super happy with this purchase! The MacBook Pro I bought was listed as “good” condition but I would say that is a vast understatement. It runs like new, has modern features, and is an all around great machine! The seller is amazing as well; shipped super quick and got it ahead of schedule. 4 Star MacBook Pro
I love the MacBook Pro! It’s nice and sleek. My rating would have been a 5 star but 2 of the keyboard keys are stuck. Not sure if the seller can help with this issue but I have reached out. Screen and volume quality is great. Not to easy to use because the stuck keys. I have to hit the caps lock at least 3 times. The video won’t post of the caps lock stuck

Screen Won’t Turn after 90 days
Awful. The day after the 90 day return window ended the screen stopped working completely and apparently needs to be replaced (quoted at $500+). Kept pristine care of it, only transported it in it’s case and has zero damage taken. Just bad screen and I should have bought through apple itself, they have a much better warranty program.

Great Value laptop!
I purchased pre-owned and received it like brand new! No noticeable marks and it runs quite smoothly. Other sites can't ship electronics to Guam, but this is one of the few that can.

Came as Advertised
I picked this device up in December and 4 months later I am very pleased with the device. Everything came as advertised, the battery was in good condition, all of the charging ports worked, and they even sent me a charger with the device. Overall very satisfied working with Chrome Source would highly recommend.

Keys don’t work
Immediately had issues. I was able to set up my Apple account and then out of nowhere j,h,m,n keys stopped working. Now I’m stuck with a pc that I can’t even log on to. Might have to purchase an external keyboard with hopes that this is the only issue.

Came with dents and scratches
Laptop was clean . Price was decent but laptop had dents and scratches that significantly should’ve impacted its price.

Recibe un muy buen equipo con apenas 69 ciclos de carga y marcas de uso mínimas normales, lo recomiendo al 100 es una excelente inversión.

El sello de entrega venía roto, como si hubieran querido ver que había dentro, por suerte el equipo venía reguardado dentro de otra caja. Al abrirlo, la parte superior del equipo presentaba un golpe que no pudo haber sido en el transporte porque venía bien empacada, ya venía así, y se supone la restauran, ni siquiera le lijaron y era presente la rebaba de aluminio. la pantalla en la esquina inferior derecha tiene un daño como si le hubieran metido la uña entre el marco. Y lo peor, está llena de basuras y pelos de algún animal, en las fotos no se aprecia, pero debajo de cada tecla, hay pelos y más basuras, esta asquerosa y me dieron alergia los pelos, quizá son de gato. El cargador es genérico eso lo esperaba. Terrible y no la puedo devolver ante la urgencia de utilizarla, al menos funciona bien… de momento.
