Better than the original! I used to repair and rebuild vacuum cleaners. This beater bar brush is high quality and works perfectly. This my second purchase as I inherited a used Oreck and it needed a belt and brush. The first time I used one, it was on a 15 yr old model. It has stood up to heavy use on shag carpet for several years. This is the one to buy.

I was very pleased with this product. Receiving 6 belts along with the roller brush at such a good price was almost too good to be true. The brush bar itself would have been close to $30, & each belt over $2. I immediately attached the roller brush to my Oreck; well not immediately, because it took awhile to unscrew the bottom plate, then position the brush along with stretching the belt to fit over the roller knob. That was a chore for my wee hands since those belts are pretty 'stout'. But, that's what makes them hold up so well while turning the brush bar. I haven't used the vacuum much so far, (it is a back up), but when I initially got it put back together I used it around the house & so far, so good. This actually was a backup upright ORECK I had found at a garage sale for $5.00. These were all the parts it needed. So, now I have two working Oreck uprights at a fraction of the cost of a new one or having repairs done at a shop. Thanks so much.

Exceptional replacement parts for my 22year old Oreck XL2. It took less than an hour for this old lady to remove the old parts and install the new. I couldn’t be happier. Also the delivery was as fast as lightning.

My oreck was becoming hard to move across carpets and I decided to try a new brush bar. I wasn’t sure if it was going to fit but it did perfectly. So pleased I went for the more expensive brush bar (some are much cheaper). The bar was made of wood; not plastic. Like all upright cleaners it has a belt which was the most challenging part to put back as it needs to stretch to fit over both the brush bar and the other end. Not easy but got there in the end with help. Probably could have looked on you tube. The oreck works so much better now. My carpets look upright and not flat and much easier to push along.

This was a drop-in replacement for the worn out brush on my Oreck XL Commercial XL2100RHS vacuum. It was easy to install and works very well. No complaints. Haven't used the belts that were included as I had already sourced some from elsewhere before getting this set.
