Excellent, Easy to use product.
I chose this product of many other options basically for price and use. I intend to use this for work in my day-to-day job, but I am not constantly on the phone. I wanted something comfortable, reliable, and easy to use that was hands free since I work on a laptop all day. This item proved its worth in the first few hours I had it. I believe it will be one of the better items I have purchased for the remote access work from home I do. I would recommend this item to someone that is using it for day-to-day use, but maybe not 40 hours a week use, but it could be comfortable enough for that if necessary. Pros: The sound quality is great, especially for the price compared to other items, easy to control from the quick buttons on the side of the ear piece. The connection is great once I got connected to the device. I was easily forty feet and a floor between my laptop and this headset with little interference. The only time in my residence I had issues was next to my wireless router. The background noise reduction works very well. I tested it standing 15 feet to 3 feet from my radio, it took getting to about 3 feet for the noise from my radio to be picked up. The radio was at a normal listening volume. I had children playing in the background that could barely be heard as well. Cons: The directions for set-up are a little weak. The website only had basic Q&A items that didn't resolve my problem. I ended up downloading the device driver from the Logitech website when the plug and play setup didn't work. That could be a result of my work computer restricting the device, though I am not sure. Once I installed the device driver that way, the device worked without issue. All I had to do was restart my computer and applications and it worked. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, quality headset.

Great Headset...very impressed!
I work from home and I needed to get a headset as my company transitioned from hardphones to softphones. This was one of the ones I was really looking at, and I wanted a wireless as I hated being tied down to the desk. As always, Amazon and UPS did great with shipping, as I got it when promised. The box is clean, opens easily after tearing through the tape holding the top on. The plastic carrier makes a good storage for the headset after it is opened because it is molded and actually locks at the top. It also holds the Nano Reciever nicely. The instructions and USB Charging cable are under the bottom of the box. The USB Cable is wrapped with the instructions. Setup is extemely easy. ----------------------- The Nano Reciever can plug into Any USB Port. Windows Vista PC: Took it with no problems. I plugged in the nano reciever and it installed driver automatically. I was concerned about the mic, because Vista barely showed any pickup even at full volume. I started Skype and called their test service. When I heard it play back to me, I was extremely impressed. The sound level on Vista may not show its picking up, but wow...does it ever! Apple iPhone 4S: My iPhone picked up the headset without issue after I turned on the bluetooth. The sound quality of music and such is great, and the calls are nice and clear. Talking to Siri is easier because she can understand you better. I can turn the Bluetooth off and on, and all I need to do is tap the Logitech h800 and it instantly connects. The controls on the headset control the player with ease. Apple MacBook Pro: Took me a while to figure out why the Bluetooth wouldnt pair on my Macbook. Turns out, you have to press and hold the track rocker to Forward (wearing it on your head means you slide it up) and press Volume Up. (Forward+Vol Up). It takes about 3 to 5 seconds but it will be in pair mode (verifiable by the flashing light on the back). *This info is not in the instructions!* My MacBook picked it up instantly. Same as the iPhone, it works great with all sounds on the PC, even iTunes. The controls on the headset control the player with ease. - The volume control on this headset seems to be independent, so you can control the sound coming out of the headset, as well as independently controlling the volume on the PC/Mac/Phone. - You can use the headset while charging, and it can be plugged in and unplugged seamlessly. - Sound Quality for calls is excellent. - USB Charging Cable is thin and easy to work with. - Headset is very light and easy on your head. Pads are fluffy and it even has a nice padded headband. - Buttons on the side are easy to figure out. (Vol Up/Down, Play/Call, Mute. Slider controls Track Prev/Next. Power Switch is OFF/Bluetooth/Nano Reciever.) Play/Call does NOT activate Siri on iPhone 4S. - The left side of the headset has a door that can come off by twisting it, and under it is a slot that you can store the Nano Reciever in. - Mic boom is easy to manuever. - Headset folds in half for easy storage. - Switch instantly from a paired Bluetooth device to the Nano Reciever. Only issue is, it takes about 3 to 5 seconds for the headset to fully switch, so there is a bit of lag. - I currently have this connected with the Nano Receiver to my Vista PC, and Bluetooth to my MacBook and iPhone. I can switch easily between devices thru the devices themselves. Keep in mind that you CANNOT use two Bluetooth devices at a time. I recommend this headset, as it works great with any device.

A Great product at a good price. I've brought a cheaper wireless headphone model before which was around £30 - £40 and honestly if I knew how great these were I would've saved up and purchased these the first time around. The USB adapter is tiny but I tend to leave it in the computer, alternatively you can open up the side of the headphone and put it in a little holder and close it up securely. It seems to have about a 20 foot radius from adapter to headphones (with walls in between) which is more than enough for most people. The microphone is crisp and clear, I would only make a minor comment that it doesn't do great bass wise but it's a headset and besides the sound quality still at a good level of quality.

Great Product, excellent sound and the best part it is wireless, having being using it for quite some time now and it is very helpful in long online meetings, I can walk around and stretch. Easily connects to Ipad, android phones, laptops etc.

Bought this headset during last black friday Cyber Monday Sales for my 13 yr old daughter. Over 6 months, the quality is still great while some of other brands i bought had durability issues.

I've had a set of these since, I believe, Dec 2011 and they are to date my favorite headphones even after trying Beats Solo3 that I got with my Mac. These headphones have great sound quality and I like that I can use them with my phone and my PC, and I LOVE the built in but nonobtrusive microphone. I also like that they do not have extreme sound-blocking because I like to wear them when walking around town, and deafening yourself for the sake of music while walking downtown is really unsafe. Until recently I had used the headphones on my laptop via the receiver. If you have an older laptop with a questionable bluetooth module this might be the way to go, as with some older bluetooth tech the sound quality can be sketchy. However tested on 2016 Macbook Pro the quality and range are excellent. That said, I have noted some reviews complain about the receiver quality - when using the device in an area that has a lot of wireless devices the receiver quality can suffer. Based on personal experience, if it's just you at home and your microwave was made in the last 5 years I don't think this will be an issue. The microphone is of good quality, I use it when gaming with friends and have rarely had any issues. Whenever there was a problem usually positioning the mic closer to your mouth is the solution - it's not great at picking up outside noise, which is an upside. There are few things I can complain about too, but they're all pretty minor to me: 1 - the foam ear covers will only last about a year if you use them every day, compared to some headphones with more permanent covers. That said you can replace them for I think about $5 if you look around so it's not a big deal. 2 - When you're running out of battery the headphones will start making this ungodly beeping noise every 5-10 seconds. There's no way to say 'yep. I know. battery critical. Stop.' so if you're in the middle of a call that's a huge pain. This is also the only warning you really get that you're running out of power - there's a light on the headphones themselves, but if you're wearing them, you obviously can't see it. 3 - The receiver they connect to is a single receiver, not a Logitech unifying receiver, so you need a dedicated USB port if you are planning on using that form of wireless.
