My most used flash modifier
The perfect no-nonsense modifier for the Canon Speedlite 600EX-RT. I have used Stofen omni-bounces for years on my various Speedlites. The omni-bounce very evenly spreads light and most commonly I use it when my flash is tilted to 45-90º, which results in more forward fill when bouncing up. This works well to provide a more natural looking light source (i.e. from above), but helps to prevent unpleasant shadows in the foreground. I haven't measured the light loss but have seen it estimated at ~1 stop, which is consistent with my experience. Fit is quite tight (tighter than my prior 580EX omni-bounces), but I think I prefer it. There's no give or feeling that these will drop off during use; however, as a result it takes a bit of a pull to remove. In my opinion this should be in any 600EX owner's kit.

Works well for what it is supposed to do.
These fit the Canon Flash perfectly and are light and easy to pack. It is meant to create a bare bulb effect with the flash - so rather than a directed flash, this sends flash in all directions like a light bulb. It works best when there are surfaces to bounce off of nearby - otherwise it simply reduces/wastes flash power. Any softening of light is from the bounce effect, not from the diffuser - hence the name "Omni-BOUNCE"! Bounce it. For the price, you can't beat it.

Good material
Good material fits like a glove in my Canon flashes

Solid purchase
Seems pretty good. Wish it diffused the light a little more, but definitely better than just the flash itself. Can’t beat it for easy, on camera applications. Fits fairly tight and won’t fit back in the 600ex bag with it on.

Great low profile diffuser
This is a great diffuser that creates soft neutral-warm light. I have used it extensively in a wide variety of situations with excellent results. Works very well for fill flash, accent or key lighting. I would compare it in function to the gary fong cloud dome diffuser. The gary fong is slightly softer and a bit warmer, but is also much bulkier in the camera bag (the gary fong collapsible lightsphere is brighter and cooler than both the sto-fen and the cloud dome). If I am on the go I use the sto-fen. If I am stationary I use the fong.

too tight but does it's job.
It does it's job at flash diffusion, but I struggle to put it on and off of the flash. It's a super snug fit to the point where I'm wrestling to get it off the flash using both hands. The edges seem a bit concave, so I have to pull out the bottom edge so that it will fit. I had a knock off brand for my 580EX ii and it worked perfectly, nice fit and easily came off with a firm pull.

Great
This thing is great. It fits so tight that it will never fall off. My other one I had on a different flash fell off constantly. I’m surprised I never lost it. This one will never get lost

Great product to help diffuse and soften light.
I love this light diffuser, great little tool to help soften the lighting in all scenarios. I use it about 99% of the time, unless I am shooting directly into the sun to light up my subject. Sometimes it is necessary to raise the flash power a little bit to get the lighting you need. Also, be aware, that since this sit snugly over the flash bulb, it can get your flash very hot if you shoot too quickly. Thankfully the Canon 600EX-RT has a warning to let you know when you have gotten the flash too hot. The screen will illuminate orange and you swill see two steam lines on the display about the flash icon.
