Absolutely worth the money. Best bang for the buck.
These are probably my favorite earbuds I've used and what's better is I'm not too worried about losing them at this price point.Durability seems to be top notch...the flat cables keep the wires from winding up too much...and if they are, it's really easy to tell when to stop unwinding them. With my S4i headphones I was really worried about the wire jacket splitting and pulling out the wires at the plug and the earbuds. Not so with these JLAB headphones so far and I'm not really worried. Also I like the fact that the ear inserts do not fall off (so far). My old headphones would pop them off all the time and I would end up losing them. I haven't had that problem with these at all yet.The sound is not audiophile quality, but it's got a great mix of bass, mids, and trebles...I don't get a sense of overpowering or lacking in any of the ranges. I would definitely rate these in the Klipsch S4i or Sennheiser CX 300 II category, but obviously the price is much nicer. The clip has been awesome so far...I actually use them when they come with headphones. The S4i wire used to come out of the clip all the time. With the JLabs I haven't had the clip and wire separate once so far.For those that like to hang these over your ears for tension relief liked I do, you will be pleased to know that these have plenty enough length and the clip can help provide enough pull so that the wire doesn't come back up and over too often. The mic seems to be working fine with my iPhone 5. I had many complaints about the S4i picking up far too much ambient noise so I rarely ever used the mic. I do miss the volume control though. The play/pause push button works solid on this set though.Pros:PriceDurabilityWell balanced soundGood micFlat cableCons:Blue and white stands out way more than I expectedMic doesn't have volume controlNot bad sound (but not audiophile level...it's all subjective though...I think these sound great)Overall:I go through a lot of earbuds because I've either lost them or destroyed them. I'm not really worried about destroying these because they seem awfully durable. I've dropped my phone off the table and dangled from the headphones while I'm wearing them multiple times and it didn't phase the earbuds. As for losing them...the bright blue and white might help with that...but even if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again at the $20-$25 price point. After losing two sets of Klipsch S4i earbuds I said enough was enough and decided to try these out...boy am I glad I did. I found my new favorite buds.

Whoa holy crap
Let me just begin by saying that I was an avid Skull Candy owner. I lived, and swore, by Skull Candy. A few months back I was looking for a cheaper pair of headphones to replace the skull candy's I'd just broken (I'm pretty rough on headphones), and came across JLab. I wasn't expecting much, they were mostly supposed to be a filler pair until I could afford a new set. I was amazed. They ended up going missing (of course), and so I turned my attention back to this company.First of all, most ear buds that come with in-line microphones are going to be expensive as hell. You're talking somewhere between 25-40, and even higher. So I wander across this pair, with a very low price AND a microphone (keeping in mind that on average the skull candy ear buds--JUST the earbuds--are about 20$) I thought "This cannot be serious." What the heck, I'll give it a shot.WHOA HOLY CRAP.The sound quality is phenomenal! The bass is wonderful and strong, but not overbearing like many other earbuds you may find on the market, though the higher ranges do tend to sound softer. However, even background noise in music comes through with startling clarity. So of course, I'm impressed, I have to try it on my phone. A friend complimented that I actually sounded clearer through the microphone than I do talking on the phone itself. Holy crap!! It does a great job of canceling out the background noise surrounding you, making your voice come through very crisp and clear. Honestly if I could give these headphones a higher rating I would. Truly and utterly surprised. The tips come in different sizes so you can adjust for your ear, and the material seems a bit stiffer than most of the earbuds I've seen. It helps them stay a bit better (once you've found the proper size you need of course). If you've got the money and are looking for a decent set of earbuds with an in-line microphone, have a go at these. They're fantastic!!

From 2 to 5 stars: Customer service
ANOTHER UPDATE: I filed a warranty claim, shipped them my headphones, and received a coupon to buy anything from their site that was the same price as these, and they did this relatively quickly as well.Okay, this is a three-month update. All of a sudden, despite my care, the track control stopped working. The sound became laced with static, and for some unknown reason, the HEADPHONES (not a phone glitch, as I tested it!) made the song on Spotify SPEED UP with tiny amounts of static. Pressing the track control button causes a short burst of static and doesn't start or stop the track. It doesn't do anything. I've had to replace these kinds of headphones before for track control reasons (see original review below) but this is the fastest they've ever broken. And I took care of these ones.So that guaranteed for life bit? Yeah, can I cash in on that for a replacement because it wasn't my fault this time.To start, I ordered these headphones on a Tuesday with standard shipping, expecting them to arrive the next Tuesday. Nope! They were sitting in my mailbox at noon the following Friday. Love the surprisingly fast delivery.I've owned several pairs of JLab headphones before (not because they broke, but because I lost them or abused them) and each time I forget just how good the sound quality is. I even wondered if I had plugged them in correctly because the sound was so clear, it sounded like it came from the speakers. However, make sure you take care of these babies, or you'll end up like me: breaking them after 6 months because you didn't have them in a little case and the wires got too stressed. And don't crush the track control button either, or you'll have to open it and poke it with a paperclip to get the wires properly aligned, and thus void any warranty. Oops.JLab is definitely my favorite headphone brand!
