Why doesn't my $650 printer come with Phrozen slicer but models hundreds less do?

I have been printing on a A C M3 Max and they have a slicer that comes with it. I hate it. I am now using Chitubox and it works good but it has to convert the files to the AC format to print the models and that has time issues along with ghost issues in the models. I am switching to Prozen because I can print strait out of Chitubox, and I think it will solve many of my issues. I will let you know. I am making large scale Star Trek models and it can take weeks and months to 3D model them, then print test pieces, and then adjust them to fit, so I dont need software issues, and company/brand issues with the printers on top of the other wrestling matches that I have to contend with. I also have to face the issue that I am most likely going to have to pay to rent either Chitubox, or Lyche slicer by the month if I want the pro versions. So far basic has served my purposes, but it can be a fight with the models that I model in Blender. I may have to go to more of an Engineering CAD program and less of an Artist 3D modeling program. Anyway I hope the insight helps.

Could i 3d print the mschf big red boot knockoffs in a size 11 with this?

The print bed on this is on the smaller side. You would have a hard time printing shoes on it.

is the camera now supported?

Yes, but it's useless imo. Printer itself is worth it, but the camera is a gimmick and is better off ignored. I flashed the camera firmware recently and had errors in prints that were fixed when reverting back to old firmware.

That depends on the resin you use and your tolerances. You can choose the speed in your slicer settings, but it can reliably print at retract speeds of 240mm/m or more. Easily around 1000 layers per hour.
