I do believe that this works as claimed. You do get much better strength gains, and minimal water retention. I hopped on regular creatine to sanity check, and got fat looking immediately... retaining loads of subcutaneous water... So I think the gaa + creatine combination is effectual. Plus the dossing is helpful, to pace your use.... I just use this once a day in a small shot of water mixed with MSM for joint\skin\nails. A little bit of mio water enhancer, lemonade to mask all the tastes together. You will get stronger muscles, tendons and bones with this cocktail

Seems to work ok .User report “energy” I find that humerus, there is nothing in Creatine that generates energy lol , its an amino that help flush nutrients into the muscle ( including water ). Most athletes use these product for cell voluminaztion, I am not sure this is best for those results. The mini packs are 100% inefficient and a simple novelty in an attempt to be different then the vast market of products in this segment. As others have stated this should be simple and in a container jar ( plastic ) like 99% of the industry. Also you will hear influencers like Thomas Delaurer say “ oh it’s great you can mix throughout the day and drink”. He knows better then anyone that once mixed creatine has a short shelf life and its not best to mix and sip over an extended time, mix and drink is best . Lastly not sure about this combination and strength, the lable is simply so poor and focuses on colors that are difficult to read and not appropriate as far as clarity, and FDA USA guidelines on standard nutritional info. I hoping under the new administration they start to tighten the rules on simple clear labels and reduce the marketing non sense that hides transparency. LDM
