package arrived and ive never seen so much protection for the inside of a package. it took us about an hour to set up, yes the tension wire was a pain but it was worth it! when its too cold outside or too hot, imma jump on this thing and have a GREAT workout. this machine is everything wrapped up, it works your legs of course, your arms but especially your core as its just as good as walking or better depending on which setting you put it on. i LOVE LOVE LOVE this eliptical and will enjoy it within the privacy of my own home, its fairly lightweight and has wheels so you can move it, it fits anywhere and is not bulky. best purchase this year for excercise! thank you SUNNY

Terrible. I installed it exactly as instructed, the bottom bars that hold the steps are angled in a V shape, so in the front they are closer to each other than the back. Therefore your legs move in a V shape, which is so uncomfortable and hurts. Then the front handle broke on one side and the machine was useless. I disassembled it and stuck it in the trash 🗑️. I don't even care for any refund, wanted to get rid of it. Not sure why it has so many good reviews?

I purchased my elliptical for about $300. It does a great job for that much money. So it is a value buy. Just some comments. It comes in a big box. It was heavy. The unit is in parts wrapped in lots of tape, cardboard, and styrofoam. It took an hour to cut through it all and isolate the pieces. It is best to have a solid pair of scissors and a serrated knife. Have patience during assembly. Some people say it took 40 minutes. It took me about 3 hours. The diagrams are tiny and complex. I like to take my time and be sure I have things correctly. By far the biggest problem was connecting the bottom and top pieces where the tension mechanism is. It is difficult to make the connection as there is not much room and the weight of the pieces work against you. I had to loosen the mechanism, make the connection, and then tighten everything. I had no extra pieces left over and all of the pieces were there. As mentioned by other people, it is best to use your tools to do the job. There are tools in the kit, but they are not very substantial. Again, get in a good, calm peace of mind before starting. Don't be in a hurry. The result is a nice space-efficient elliptical machine. Understand it is not on a level with commercial, heavy elliptical machines found in a fitness center. They cost about $2000. So don't be disappointed. Was worth the price. Great product, only down side is the weight limit for myself. Great for my partner. Easy to assemble, better with two people.

One week in and will get straight to the point... Is it worth purchasing? Yes and no. Why no? I can't tell you the amount of times I had to tighten the nuts and bolts. I can't get a 30 minute workout with something squeaking and when I check, a nut got lose from the back and forth movement of the legs. Also, i'm 5'3, 150lbs and it benefits me, but not for anyone taller. Also, if you're heavier than 200lbs, this is not the one to buy. Why yes? Its compact, smaller than the other ellipticals on the market and the resistance is more than fair. It took an hour to assemble and I advise having your own tools rather than the ones they provide, but it was an easy assemble. All in all, without the nuts getting lose, I feel like I'm lighter within a week already.

This product is very flimsy. And the range of motion is EXTREMELY LIMITED. Not even close to the ones at the gym this is something you can’t even warm up on I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied if I could give it zero stars I would.

The nearly 20,000 reviews are mixed with the different available models. The compact model is meh. I tried it on the highest resistance setting of # 8, and it sucks. I tried it for over 50-minute sessions, and it's VERY difficult to get an elevated heart rate. It will just waste your time. Most people probably think they are getting a workout, but the reality is that they are not. The stride is also very short. The compact model is for short-height individuals, and even with the highest resistance, it is for beginners. The company failed to disclose this in the marketing, and because the reviews are blended with the higher price models, it gives a false representation of the compact model.

Very unsatisfactory customer service! The box came damaged and so did the product! Customer service said they could replace the cracked part, but we'd have to pay for the shipping! We even paid an extra fee for extended warranty, but it doesn't kick in until after the first 6 months from purchase date! One other thing to consider, the tension at the lowest level is what it should be at the strongest point!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING PRODUCTS from Sunny Health and Fitness!!!!

It doesn't seem to have lot of travel and it Will definitely need to get used too. It doesn't seem to be that smooth and it seems to rock a bit while using it. Seems a bit expensive for the quality. I bought it on sale and definitely wouldn't pay full price for it. It does not take up a lot of room which is a bonus Hopefully will be able to get used to using it, but a lot cheaper than a piece of gym equipment which is a lot better but mu h more expensive. It will do, but buy it on sale for sure, otherwise over priced.

Difficult assembly and motion is very jerky due to low tension. For reference I'm ~150lbs. I would return it, but there's no way I could get it back in the box.

Absolutely trash. Impossible to build. Threw the whole thing into the garbage. There should be laws against manufacturing such a worthless product.
