Good for me and the dog!
I've been using this for 3 months now, and each package has been in great condition on arrival. The capsules are a little on the larger side, but are softgels so easy to swallow, and most importantly, they don't repeat on me. My dog doesn't like fish, but he also takes one of these daily, and it's much cheaper than buying canine versions which are exactly the same!

I've been using the Vegan Omega 3 6 9 Capsules (1500mg, 90 Count) daily, and I'm very satisfied with them. Although the capsules aren’t very small, I find them surprisingly easy to swallow, which is an important factor for me. Both my partner and I have incorporated them into our daily routine, and he’s happy with them as well. One of the best things about these capsules is that they don't leave a fishy aftertaste, which I’ve experienced with other omega supplements.
