If you use your iPad with an Apple Pencil at all, this screen protector is a must. The paper-feel texture makes drawing and writing feel so much more natural compared to the slippery glass screen. The magnetic attachment is genius — I pop it on when I want to sketch or take notes, then pull it off when I'm watching something so I get that full retina clarity back. No bubbles, no alignment issues, it just snaps right into place every time. Slight reduction in screen brightness when it's on but that's expected with any matte protector. Totally worth it for the writing experience alone.

Love the way it feels and the ease of use

After scratching my old screen protector to death, I decided I wanted to try one of the magnetic ones because I'd always had a lot of trouble with the adhesive ones. I cleaned my screen and application took about ten seconds. So far so good! I did end up scratching it within the first few days, but I think that was more to do with my worn pen nib than the product. I'm really liking how it feels.

First, this screen protector doesn't feel like paper, it's more like drawing on a linoleum stamp surface- rubber, in other words. This isn't really bad, it's just not the feel I expected. It does provide resistance to the apple pencil tip, which is useful in some drawing situations. It also comes with a plastic folder for storage whe you aren't using it, which is actually really convenient. It's easy to attach and remove since it's magnetic, and lays flat. The color and clarity after the protector is attached is OK, compared to a permanent matte protector that I had for a different tablet years ago. Its texture on my old protector was more paper-like than this one. I'm glad this screen protector is removable, so I can have full color saturation and sharpness most of the time, and pop the protector on for drawing. I'm glad I didn't get the permanently attached version of this protector. Overall, it's good, but since a paper feel is the main draw, it doesnt sit well with me. The texture is weird, and I'm not sure how quickly it will wear my pen tip. I'll probably just use it on occasion.

great when you writes a lot but also want to have a clear screen. you can always take off the magnetic screen protector to go back to clear screen. the surface is very satisfying when writing. the magnetic bands are very strong. wont shift easily

Richtig gute Folie, die auch mit Hüllen super passt! Die Magnete halten perfekt, sodass nichts verrutscht und keine Blasen entstehen. Die raue Oberfläche sorgt für ein tolles Schreibgefühl, ohne die Bildqualität merklich zu verschlechtern – definitiv die beste Folie in dieser Kategorie. Es bilden sich schnell Kratzer, allerdings lassen sich diese mit einem Mikrofasertuch wieder entfernen. Insgesamt eine top Folie für alle, die ein papierähnliches Schreibgefühl auf dem iPad suchen und trotzdem noch gerne Serien oder generell Videos schauen.

Magnets hold it on. I can easily remove it, clean it, put it back on. It’s sooo easy to put on the screen. I use it heavily. it feels like paper under the pencil. Half the price of paper like and more user friendly. As a professional writer it’s become an essential part of my writing set up.
