Very good price, great quality -- I was surprised.
I was initially a little wary of making this purchase, since some of the reviews warned of plastic pieces breaking, and I thought it may not end up being very sturdy, but I'm glad I took the plunge (when the price dropped over 25% -- score!).I took my time assembling it, being very careful to be gentle with the snap-on plastic bits, and it all went well. Very easy assembly, didn't even need the instructions, really! The shelves are definitely sturdy enough for my purposes; I was pleasantly surprised. I'm able to put three or four tall folded piles of shirts on the top shelf, slacks and jeans on the middle, and socks/panties and bras in the pull-out boxes on the bottom, with no issues. The colour is a nice neutral grey, and the sides have a metallic look that I like. The organizer fits perfectly into a standard closet -- but since I have a large closet space, I'm considering buying another one of these! What I like best is that the boxes can be removed and set somewhere else (like on top of a high closet shelf), and then you can use the bottom shelf of the organizer for more storage! The bottom shelf of the organizer looks identical to the other two shelves, so it looks just fine with the boxes removed.Highly recommend, especially for just under $20! The price fluctuates sometimes, so you may want to keep an eye out for that.

Works Fantastic For Closet Organizing!
I just ordered my 3rd organizer. SOOO easy to put together! Took about 10 minutes (the 1st time, less the 2nd). It is fantastic for extra shirts, pants, shoes, those odds and ends. The first one was for my husband's closet. There was this big open underutilized space. I used it to organize his sweaters, t-shirts, seasonal items like Underarmour and swimming suits. Worked perfectly! It isn't too wide or too deep, so he can access the area around it. These shelves are definitely only for lightweight items. The plastic brackets holding the shelves up can break (one of ours did when it got loaded to the top all the way across with t-shirts and sweaters. The handles on the drawers have a plastic piece inserted in the handle for easier grip and sturdiness, but they come out easily too.S The second one I bought for my daughter, since her underutilized space was for shoes. She needed an area for easy, quick access to items she uses to get dressed in the mornings. One drawer for socks, one for bras (can lay them out neatly), jeans, a few sweaters, and her shoes fit nicely underneath. I can't wait to get mine, since I have items for travel, medical (my stethoscope...), shoes, sweaters. Organized, not piled, and will give me additional space for my overnight bag and more!

Assembly was a snap - not meant to take any significant weight.
Super easy to assemble and it fits under the tops that I have hanging in the closet. Very very easy to assemble - no tools!*Update* This is definitely not meant to be a heavy-duty shelf. Since there are no connections other than the plastic snaps, any significant weight on the shelves or in the drawers will cause the entire piece to collapse. Live and learn. It would be great for small/light items. I used mine in the closet and it was the perfect height to fit under hanging shirts.

Light weight, not high quality but not bad.
Edited to add: 6 years later I am still using this! Definitely got my money's worth!! It has proven to be very versatile!I know it's silly to say that it was "smaller than expected" when the dimensions are listed in the product description and I measured the area I was going to put it in and it fits like I expected it to, it still just feels a little smaller (or maybe that it's flimsier) than I had pictured it in my head. It was VERY EASY to put together (though while I was snapping the pieces together 3 of the 12 spots where you snap it together a little piece of plastic broke off... I don't think it negatively effected the stability of the stand, I'm not even sure why those little extra pieces of plastic were stuck on it but since 9 of the 12 pieces didn't break off it doesn't seem to be that it is supposed to break off... I don't know, very strange). Anyway, the drawers are perfect for pajamas and sheets and things like that but I wouldn't use them if you wanted to store paperwork or anything too heavy - they aren't on tracks so you pretty much have to pull the drawer all the way out and off the shelf and then slide it back in to place when you want to get things out of it. It works okay for what I needed and I'd say it was worth what I paid for it ($22) but if I had paid more than $25 I'd probably give it a lower score. .... oh, also, the shelves are just stretched fabric and if I still had cats I'm pretty sure they'd have been able to scratch it to pieces.

Waste of money.
I bought this for my closet and it hasn't really worked since day one. It looks nice and was super easy to put together but can't hold any kind of weight. If you want to use this to put a single sock on each rack, then this works great! I was hoping to put pants (khakis) on the shelves and jeans in the pull out bins but that kind of weight made this thing give up immediately. The shelves fall down and refuse to stay up with any kind of weight on them. I've tried rigging them in numerous ways and nothing works. Then the bins are very difficult to pull in and out (not smooth at all) with any kind of weight in them as well. Additionally the plastic handle coverings keep popping off whenever I try to pull out a bin. Overall its kind of a cheap piece of junk. If I was putting a single sock on each shelf and nothing in the bins perhaps it'd look pretty and do nothing. Oh and I put the clamps on the right bars. I even called customer service to help me put it together (to ensure I wasn't doing anything wrong) and I tried putting the thing together many different ways, not that it's that complicated or there are alternate ways.
