Very good price, great quality -- I was surprised.
I was initially a little wary of making this purchase, since some of the reviews warned of plastic pieces breaking, and I thought it may not end up being very sturdy, but I'm glad I took the plunge (when the price dropped over 25% -- score!). I took my time assembling it, being very careful to be gentle with the snap-on plastic bits, and it all went well. Very easy assembly, didn't even need the instructions, really! The shelves are definitely sturdy enough for my purposes; I was pleasantly surprised. I'm able to put three or four tall folded piles of shirts on the top shelf, slacks and jeans on the middle, and socks/panties and bras in the pull-out boxes on the bottom, with no issues. The colour is a nice neutral grey, and the sides have a metallic look that I like. The organizer fits perfectly into a standard closet -- but since I have a large closet space, I'm considering buying another one of these! What I like best is that the boxes can be removed and set somewhere else (like on top of a high closet shelf), and then you can use the bottom shelf of the organizer for more storage! The bottom shelf of the organizer looks identical to the other two shelves, so it looks just fine with the boxes removed. Highly recommend, especially for just under $20! The price fluctuates sometimes, so you may want to keep an eye out for that.

Works Fantastic For Closet Organizing!
I just ordered my 3rd organizer. SOOO easy to put together! Took about 10 minutes (the 1st time, less the 2nd). It is fantastic for extra shirts, pants, shoes, those odds and ends. The first one was for my husband's closet. There was this big open underutilized space. I used it to organize his sweaters, t-shirts, seasonal items like Underarmour and swimming suits. Worked perfectly! It isn't too wide or too deep, so he can access the area around it. These shelves are definitely only for lightweight items. The plastic brackets holding the shelves up can break (one of ours did when it got loaded to the top all the way across with t-shirts and sweaters. The handles on the drawers have a plastic piece inserted in the handle for easier grip and sturdiness, but they come out easily too.S The second one I bought for my daughter, since her underutilized space was for shoes. She needed an area for easy, quick access to items she uses to get dressed in the mornings. One drawer for socks, one for bras (can lay them out neatly), jeans, a few sweaters, and her shoes fit nicely underneath. I can't wait to get mine, since I have items for travel, medical (my stethoscope...), shoes, sweaters. Organized, not piled, and will give me additional space for my overnight bag and more!

Light weight, not high quality but not bad.
Edited to add: 6 years later I am still using this! Definitely got my money's worth!! It has proven to be very versatile! I know it's silly to say that it was "smaller than expected" when the dimensions are listed in the product description and I measured the area I was going to put it in and it fits like I expected it to, it still just feels a little smaller (or maybe that it's flimsier) than I had pictured it in my head. It was VERY EASY to put together (though while I was snapping the pieces together 3 of the 12 spots where you snap it together a little piece of plastic broke off... I don't think it negatively effected the stability of the stand, I'm not even sure why those little extra pieces of plastic were stuck on it but since 9 of the 12 pieces didn't break off it doesn't seem to be that it is supposed to break off... I don't know, very strange). Anyway, the drawers are perfect for pajamas and sheets and things like that but I wouldn't use them if you wanted to store paperwork or anything too heavy - they aren't on tracks so you pretty much have to pull the drawer all the way out and off the shelf and then slide it back in to place when you want to get things out of it. It works okay for what I needed and I'd say it was worth what I paid for it ($22) but if I had paid more than $25 I'd probably give it a lower score. .... oh, also, the shelves are just stretched fabric and if I still had cats I'm pretty sure they'd have been able to scratch it to pieces.

Useful Though Flimsy
This is very useful in my closet for utilizing otherwise lost floor space. It's easy to put together and having both shelves and drawers provides versitile storage. The only downside is that it's a little on the flimsy side. The frame tends to twist and the fabric shelves aren't real sturdy. I bought a 2pak of 12X30 plastic shelf liners from Amazon for $6 that helped considerably in firming up the shelf capacity. The quality could be better, but the design is good.

Waste of money.
I bought this for my closet and it hasn't really worked since day one. It looks nice and was super easy to put together but can't hold any kind of weight. If you want to use this to put a single sock on each rack, then this works great! I was hoping to put pants (khakis) on the shelves and jeans in the pull out bins but that kind of weight made this thing give up immediately. The shelves fall down and refuse to stay up with any kind of weight on them. I've tried rigging them in numerous ways and nothing works. Then the bins are very difficult to pull in and out (not smooth at all) with any kind of weight in them as well. Additionally the plastic handle coverings keep popping off whenever I try to pull out a bin. Overall its kind of a cheap piece of junk. If I was putting a single sock on each shelf and nothing in the bins perhaps it'd look pretty and do nothing. Oh and I put the clamps on the right bars. I even called customer service to help me put it together (to ensure I wasn't doing anything wrong) and I tried putting the thing together many different ways, not that it's that complicated or there are alternate ways.

It's only flimsy if you don't pay attention to how it goes together.
When I received my shelving unit I was rather excited, my closet had become an overrun mess and I needed something to help me get it back to a place of beautiful organization. But when I put it together the first time, I did so quickly and just guessing at how it should go. And I was angry! It was flimsy and shaky and I was terribly disappointed. I took it apart, because it wouldn't stay together, and tossed it into the mess of my closet and decided I would mess with it again another day. Deciding I should have listened to those negative reviews on the product about it's sturdiness. Then as I was taking the box it came in out to the recycling I saw the picture and saw what a foolish error I had made in putting this together, the clips clamp onto the vertical bars, not the horizontal ones! It's very clear from the pictures, just not the instructions, that this is how you put the item together. When put together properly it is very sturdy and does a fantastic job holding all of my clothes and items. My recommendation is to IGNORE those negative reviews that reference it being flimsy as their main complaint and know that this shelving unit is perfect for closet organization.

Great Substitute For A Dresser
I was in search of a dresser to fit into my closet to lay down jeans, shorts and other clothes i don't like in hangers, but just about every dresser worth while was above 100$ +. I bought two of these for way under 50$. Pros: 1. Build is easy and quick (15 min for both) 2. Looks very elegant 3. Quality seems to hold up clothes and other items (12 jeans per row) 4. Move and pack easily if needed 5. Drawers are a decent size to add shorts / Boxers and socks. Cons: Drawers don't have a retractable system like a regular dresser. These are more like small cloth like boxes where you add items, but when you pull them out they tip over after a certain distance if not careful. BUT this is not a deal braker at all just a convenience issue. Neutral: The size might be too small for certain buyers. While it is only 11.8 inches in depth x 31.6 inches in width and 28.7 inches in height. I think it's a perfect fit for closets, underneath your hangers, as it's at the right height to not interfere with the drop length of clothes. I've had these for about two weeks and so far it's holding up. It's worth the $

Flawed design and poor quality
Unfortunately, my experience with this product can be summed up as follows: a flawed design and poor quality. The very first day I received this organizer I broke one of the connectors trying to attach the shelf to the metal frame. I called Whitmor customer service and they promised me they would send out a replacement (which they promptly did). What perhaps I should have seen as an omen of things to come was when the CSR rep asked me how many replacement connectors I needed. I mistakenly replied that I only needed the one that had broken. A month later I am in need of two additional replacement connectors. My usage included throwing a couple of pairs of jeans as well as a few lighter weight material clothing on the rack, but it eventually proved to be too much. I don't particularly think that I overloaded the unit. I believe the problem is a combination of a flawed design and poor quality connectors. First, the connectors connect to the frame from the inside. (Not sure if you can tell that by the picture). The problem with that is the weight of the clothing (or whatever you are putting on it) is pushing down on the cloth shelves which results in the shelves being pulled away from the metal frame. Had they designed the unit so that the connectors were on the outside of the frame that would have strengthened the unit considerable. Second, whether is was to save money or an attempt to make the shelves lay as flat as possible there is barely enough material to reach from end to end. The result is that there is absolutely no give in the material resulting in additional pressure being applied to the connectors as described above. Finally, perhaps the connectors are just cheap. They certainly were not easy to attach to the frame, but obviously have not provided any durability at all.

Quick, easy, and well priced!
Easy to put together and take apart. Pretty sturdy and the perfect size. I love it, it really helped organize my close, and the price is very reasonable for the quality.

Me agradó bastante.

Perfect
Love love love!!! It's exactly what I wanted. Perfect size for my closet. I'm 5ft so this is the perfect height for me so that I don't have to bend down to put anything on top shelve. Of course you have to bend for others but that's totally fine. Setup was easy and I honestly find it perfectly sturdy. Even my cats end up climbing onto it (they shouldn't!) and it's fine.
