Great, I take it in the morning after breakfast for health reasons and also for weight loss. So far it working, it reduces my appetite.

Haven't noticed it working yet. Been taking for month so idk if it's good or bad. But it doesn't have any bad after taste or any bad side effects as far as I can tell . Seem to be of good quality and will probably up my dosage to two pills a day . Great size for the price and made of natural ingredients.

Good product

Be aware if you take aspirin daily. If you take this product and already taking aspirin (81mg or higher for anti clogin), it will cause bleeding on your stools. Components on this supplement such as Turmeric and Ginger cause the blood to be thinner, therefore increase the anticloging and cause bleeding.
