Did not work for me
I don’t know if I’m taking these wrong, I don’t know if I need to take it with a certain sequence or something extra. I don’t know. I just know that I have yet to experience any energy boost. I thought maybe my body was just not responding into the red Korean Ginseng. I know now that’s not the case because I purchased a different type of red Korean ginseng and I am definitely getting the energy kick I was looking for. So for me, this did not work. And that is the reason why I put three stars instead of one. Simply because I know that not every medication will work for everyone, not every supplement will work the same way for everyone. That’s just the nature medications and supplements. What gives John an energy boost will probably do nothing for Jane that’s just how it works. And for me this just didn’t do it for me.
