One option is to wear it on ear rather than in the canal. I wear hearing aids and this worked perfectly. I wore it all day and at one point forgot i had it on. It's very simple no caller id and manual button to answer so if you like real tecky may not be for you. I have a smart watch i answer the call and see whose calling so not an issue for me. Some people complained the clip that goes over your ear is tight. you can bend it slightly until it's comfortable. most important it sounds great and people say I'm very clear.

It works and it's loud enough. It was REALLY easy to pair to my LG G3 with NFC. I was hoping that it would make a seal in my ear canal to block out external noise. It does not...at all. But, it is quite loud enough for me to hear fine with so I guess it doesn't matter. Also, it only comes with one size ear bud and the included one is a bit too small for my ear so it doesn't fit as snugly as it could. So I have to use the plastic piece that fits around the ear and it's so tight that it irritates the back of my ear. For some unfortunate reason, it neither plays my phone's ring tones nor does it allow me to hear my phone's robotic caller ID announcement. I don't know if other Bluetooth headsets do this but it sure would be nice... In spite of all of that, it's still pretty good and makes hands free talking easy while I'm driving.

This is the 2nd one of these that I have purchased & it is by far my favorite bluetooth headset. It is the only one that I've found that sits comfortably in my ear to the point that I forget I'm wearing it sometimes! I take off plastic ear loop & just wear it with the ear bud. I like that you have the option of wearing it either way. I have never had any issues with it falling out, it stays in very well. The noise cancellation effect works very well. I've been in loud environments & had people on the other end tell me they can hear me perfectly & don't hear the background noise on my end. The sound is very clear & it is very easy to pair & start using. It lasts quite a while on a single charge. I only have to charge it about once a week. My original one lasted more than 3 years, after which the dial/end call button stopped working. But I feel like that's a long time for it to last, especially considering how much I use it.

Had a lot of hopes on this product. Looks nice and I did have good experience with JABRA last time I bought it. Overall mic quality was good and even better than samsung headset I was using. But if you look at the ear hook, unlike Samsung one which is round, this one has angle to it. And this angle, I'm assuming this will depends on what shape of ear you have, will eat into back of your ear and hurts you. I don't this will be an issue if you got small ears but for me, it feels fine in the beginning but after about 15 min of wearing it, it started to hurt... On top of that, speaker on this thing makes that high pitch glass shattering noise on certain calls... like ones you hear when you turn on your speaker over the limit. But this was on certain callers only. They need to fix that speaker issue & definitely provide multiple ear hooks. With samsung headsets, I think it comes with couple different ear plugs and hooks so that you can choose what fits you the best. Because this did not fit at all for me.

This had the potential to be a good headset, but it was made un-usable by two really bad features. 1) The automatic volume control makes this headset useless. In a crowded room with other people talking, it was impossible to hear the audio-book playing on the phone, or hear the other person when on a call. Even a fixed volume level on a headset works quite well because the volume can be adjusted on the phone. But this automatic volume control means a software geek somewhere has decided what volume I ought to be listening at, based on what the software thinks of the background noise. In real life that does not work and makes this headset unuseable in anything but quiet environments. 2) The ear loop is extremely stiff and incredibly uncomfortable for me. Jabra has included only a single loop and it is not adjustable. After using it for an hour, the back of my ear had a deep divot in it. I would have tried to fix the problem by heating and re-forming the ear loop, or even fabricating a new one from scratch, but it was not worthwhile because of the volume problem. This is problem that only certain people will have but it too makes the headset un-usable as delivered. Otherwise it is a good headset with good sound quality and a good microphone that allows others to hear you quite well. Unfortunately it is usable only in quiet places because of the stupid decision to auto-adjust the volume level.

When Jabra made this model, they should have broke the mold. This thing is exactly what everyone needs in a headset. After many years of use, the batter was finally low on one and the user of it in my family, is a truck driver that used it every single day for years. After finally realizing the batter was not going to hold that much of a charge, we bought a replacement headset for him of the same model because it just works and is clear and doesn't annoyingly poke your ear. This easily pairs with iphone models and holds an all-day charge for years of use. The price is also extremely reasonable for a product that will perform for many years of daily use. What else do you want? This does not come with a massage from the Swedish bikini team but that is not a reasonable expectation! Just buy it. And hey Swedish bikini team, call me.

I like many others am not keen on the auto volume set up as I use this for work so i can talk to people and get on, I work in an Enviroment with changing noise levels and it seems to cope but only just, I would rather I controlled the volume but honestly it still performs well

I have bought this earpiece a few times over the years and I've never had an issue. It works very well and fits comfortably
