Very cheap feeling and was missing the screw for battery compartment, the clamps and temp sensors are extremely cheap and not accurate at all, I had to use tempature clamp and sensors I had , using there refrigerant line clamps both on the same refrigerant line there was a 4 degree difference between them and the temp probe fell apart after I used electrical tape to attach to a pipe, when I removed the electrical tape all the insulation came off the probe and destroyed it, the clamps and sensor probes are very cheaply made and not accurate, do not recommend for exact temperature measurements 3-5 degree difference testing the same refrigerant line temp , between the sensors , I would return but not worth my time to drive 1 hour round trip to return, if you need exact temp measurements these are not going to cut it
