I've read mixed reviews. these fit my dermal. i have my piercing in the middle of my chest. these are perfect and reasonably priced. i always lose mine—they fall out in the shower or when i’m sleeping and i never find them so i just order new ones all the time. i like these. different hue metals and stones and i especially like the cross. very cute. they are very tiny but all the replacements i have ever bought were really tiny so…i have just learned to live with it. i have had my dermal for over 10 years now. i ultimately would like to not have it anymore but for now i’m glad i can rock these cute 🥰 piercings

These dermal tops are really beautiful. They are the perfect size. Not overly large but not too small either. So far they have held up great without any issues whatsoever. I’ve had my dermal for about 3 years now and this is the first time changing out the top to something different. The listing price of this set is unbeatable when comparing them to how much they cost at piercing's places. It’s literally the same quality for half the price. It’s fairly easy to change yourself if you have the right tools to do so.

These are really nice quality. I got them put in and I cannot tell you how nice it looks. I like the fact that it's easy to put on and take off the gems on top. You can't do this at home you need to take it to somebody to install for you at a piercing place but these are really really good quality and the stones are really cute. I'm so happy I got it. The process of getting it done wasn't bad. I like the fact that it has the openings on either side of the dermal part that goes under your skin so that it can heal around it. These are really nice I highly suggest not putting them in by yourself at home and going to a certified piercer or a licensed piercer and getting them done. It fit really really good on my cheek. I am really impressed with how nice they are and so was the piercer.

Smaller in size than I expected and you will need to get the tool that aides in screwing it in! But still a good buy

Vine Review" Pretty, delicate, but very, very SMALL. Not something I'd care to install myself, so I'll have to take it to the piercing shop to have the implant done. I don't think I'll have any issues with the base -- it's very well finished stainless -- just not sure how I feel about the really tiny gem size. Other than that, it's well made, and the setting for the stones all look secure. All the stones are pretty and appear well set, but the Ruby's my favorite. The ruby's really very vibrant.

I bought this kit because, over the years, I've lost most of the dermal jewels and the one I was wearing didn't even have a jewel in it anymore. I don't know if I would trust bringing in the base to a piercer to get the piercing done - I'd leave that part to the professionals. As for the actual jewels, these are perfect for what I was looking for. I have a dermal piercing in the middle of my chest, so the 5mm was the perfect size. I would probably recommend going smaller if you have your piercing on your face or on your lower back - all of that is preference really. I've had one these in for a few weeks now. The top was easy to screw in and hasn't fallen out or tarnished at all since I've been wearing it. The jewels have a lovely shine and seem to be attached to the metal well.

The gems do look as pictured or better, although it's good to note that they are fairly small, and the bezel around them makes them a bit harder to appreciate from an angle. Not the fanciest set, but if you want a casual wear that shimmers while standing up to a very active lifestyle, these will not disappoint.
