These disposable maternity pants come in a box, and inside the box there are individually wrapped pants. The pouch they come in is just like the ones standard period pads come in, but obviously much larger to accommodate the full pull up style. They are in essence pull up adult nappies, and they would definitely serve the purpose for post partum recovery. I have used things like these after having my baby, but I actually have to get these when I get bad chest infections as my coughing makes my bladder very weak, which leads to urinary incontinence when I have heavy coughing, they are a lifesaver for that, and I also used them during my period to test them, and they worked really well. They are highly absorbent of both urine as well as period discharge, so you feel very secure. When wearing them they felt really comfortable, and they are so easy to pull on or take off. I am between a size 8 and 10 with chunky thighs, and the fit was great without digging in anywhere. I found they hold well, and I had absolutely no leaks when I wore them, no matter how much I was moving around like chasing my toddler. Having something like this just makes things so much easier when you need that extra protection without fear of spillages out onto underwear.

I can't comment on the comfort as she has not worn them yet but they feel soft and nicely made with a lot of detail. The padded part where a sanitary towel would usually be placed, is neatly thickened in that area of the underwear. I am very pleased with them and should probably get a couple more boxes. These are designed for the first few days after giving birth. They are a modern item that I didn't even know existed until recently and a very neat invention that will serve the purpose it is made for. I think they are good value for money at the current price of £8.99 as they are made from organic cotton. I have added photographs.

These are really good quality soft snd absorbent underwear. The fit is great, just pull on and go very easy. The pants are soft and do not irritate any scares. Wearing under trousers they are very comfortable with no issue of rubbing. These are only one time uses and are not washable. The cost is £1.28 per pants but they are worth it for your own private comfort. They arepackaged well and would make a lovely gift for expectant Mums for their maternity bag.

Sono molto assorbenti e restano al loro posto senza muoversi, grazie all’elastico che si adatta bene senza stringere troppo. Il tessuto in cotone è morbido sulla pelle, cosa importante quando la zona è sensibile e serve il massimo comfort. Danno una sensazione di sicurezza durante la giornata, anche quando ci si muove di più. L’unico piccolo dettaglio è che essendo usa e getta finiscono abbastanza in fretta, ma per praticità e igiene in quel periodo sono davvero utili e comodi da avere.

Für mich sind solche Produkte ein absolutes Must-have für jede Mama nach der Geburt. Sie bieten Komfort, Sicherheit und nehmen einem ein kleines Stück Stress in einer ohnehin intensiven Zeit. Insgesamt ein sehr sinnvolles Produkt für die Erstausstattung im Wochenbett, das bei mir definitiv wieder zum Einsatz kommen wird.

Le fait que tout soit intégré évite de devoir ajouter une serviette à l’intérieur, donc rien ne bouge et il y a moins de risque de fuite. Le coton bio sur la partie intérieure est doux contre la peau, ce qui est appréciable quand la zone est sensible. On sent que la matière est respirante et ça évite la sensation d’humidité. J’ai aussi trouvé la taille extensible bien pensée. La culotte s’adapte facilement au corps après la naissance sans serrer ni comprimer. La coupe est assez haute, ce qui peut être pratique aussi après une césarienne car ça ne vient pas appuyer sur la cicatrice. Autre point positif, elles sont faciles à enfiler et à retirer, ce qui peut sembler un détail mais qui devient important quand on est fatiguée ou qu’on doit changer rapidement, surtout la nuit. Au final, c’est un produit simple mais très utile pour la récupération post-partum. Avoir une protection fiable et confortable dans cette période fait vraiment la différence.
