Make sure you check the sizing
The Photoshopped image of the hand holding the bottle is wildly incorrect to depict the size and is deceiving in my opinion, so be sure to pay attention to the measurements before ordering. I would recommend 9mm or less for the smaller diameter for your capsules and pills. It fits my tiny 10mg tablets that are 6mm in diameter, and barely NOT fit my 10mm diameter Asprin as shown on my photo. According to the measurement on the item description, this is as expected. It has a nice smooth machined metal construction and the cap screws on with ease. I have verified that it really is waterproof and it kept my pill nice and dry even after a few minutes of total submersion in room temp water. As long as the o-ring is there to help, it should hold water out for a very long time. It comes with two spare o-rings, with one already installed for a total of 3. I do trust that this will keep my emergency stash of pills safe and secure as long as it isn't exposed to extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. I've only deducted one star for the inaccurate sizing in the photos. I mean, how hard is it to get real photographs?

Excellent pill holder
This pill container is really nice. Feels very high quality. Well machined and smooth finish. The lid screws on very smoothly. Comes with a gasket already installed and two extras. Compact size makes it easy to put in your pocket or onto your key chain.
