This company has superior customer service. I would highly recommend anything they sell. Purchased this shower system for our new walk-in shower. The arm for the rain shower was too long, so I contacted the company to ask if they had a shorter arm. They did and I assume I would purchase. Without any discussion, they shipped the arm for us, at no cost. This was a huge surprise and noteworthy of the type of service that is not seen these days. Shower system is excellent.

This is wear luxury and therapy meet functionality. I am so pleased with this shower system. It is so luxurious and beautiful. I hardly recognize our bathroom now because it is so elevated. This totally completed our remodel. This shower has me wanting to take a long therapeutic shower all the time! Perfect for an upgraded master bath.

Ok, so this is going to go into a bathroom remodel we're doing, but omg, let me tell you, this is super heavy duty, great looking and that rain shower head goes from my elbow to the tips of my fingers!!! I cannot wait to try this out!!!

Wow! This shower system is absolutely incredible. I decided to splurge and order this system for my shower since we were remodeling it, and figured why not. Im so happy I did, this shower system is pure luxury, I feel like I'm at a spa everytime I shower now. It came packaged very well, pieces were all included, and everything was intact. The system is great quality, very durable and solid, and seem like they will last for years to come. It was a pretty simple installation for my husband who has a ton of experience, he remodels homes for a living. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the parts were organized. Once it was all installed , I was amazed by the way it looks, its stunning. I love the matte black color and square shaped hardware, it makes our shower look so modern and sleek. Now showering with this system for the first time felt like heaven, I mean its truly an experience. You get the rainfall flow from the shower head thats so relaxing and the 6 body jets feel awesome, like a massage for your body. I really like to use the handheld sprayer for washing my hair and bathing my dog, its so helpful. The water pressure is strong and feels great, and cleaning myself has never been easier. Ive always enjoyed taking long, hot showers, but now more than ever. My husband and I have really enjoyed our new shower, and this system really spruced it up. Such an upgrade to our last one , its pricey, but totally worth it. Would definitely recommend it.

Havent had a chance to install this yet as we are about to begin the bathroom remodel but from first glance everything is solid and well made. The valve is made for a shower tub combo but that doesnt bother me that much. The head has some long silicone spouts that can easily be clean with a scrap of the nail. The wand feels nice in the hands as well. Our current shower didnt have any of these cool features so this will be an amazing upgrade!

I have to say that this thermostatic shower system is pretty fantastic! One thing that I am really happy with is the fact that you can adjust each of the six jets water projection in addition to having the handheld shower and the overhead 16 inch 360° rotatable rain head. The smooth matte finish really upscaled my bathroom and the air mixing rainfall head seemed to improve the water pressure, I was skeptical about that claim and happy to have been wrong! Is it worth the cost? I'm not entirely sure as it doesn't have a lifetime guarantee, like some of the equally priced established brand shower systems do and the self cleaning rain head nozzles are still going to need a brush every now and then because they do eventually clog. However, it's a beautiful shower, the anti-fingerprint finish does actually make it a lot easier to wipe down, and you do get a nice water massage while you are showering. I still feel the value for cost isn't excellent but nearly everything else about the shower system is fantastic!

This is a wonderfully luxurious rainfall shower head. It has a wide coverage area and the pressure is perfect. The kit is best installed by someone with plumbing knowledge, but is worth the expense of such.
