Why haven’t I bought these before!
Where have these been all my furniture assembly life!! Seriously, just buy them. I was putting together a little couch tv table and without this it took me over an hour to build two. With this it took me maybe 15 mins. Wish I could give this more stars.

Great!
Just what we needed for our Dewalt drill! Putting together furniture is so much easier now.

Wish it was magnetic and had a case
I didn't know that these inserts would fall out of my De Walt drill (designed for screwing in screws) after every time I used it. If these were magnetic, they would work great, and I wouldn't have to keep taking these off the screw I just inserted and putting it back into the drill. However, now I have a magnetic 2" or so extension for them to go into, they should work perfectly. I have only two complaints. The sizes are marked on the cardboard packaging, so once removed, the sizes are no longer available, especially if you throw the cardboard away. The other is they are difficult to remove from the plastic casing they are inserted into, and this is in two sections, one section holding 4, the other: 5. A small improvement would have been a small snap to close plastic box, like all the drill sets that De Walt also has. That way they won't get lost in the bag I keep everything in (a De Walt bag too, as it came with the 20 volt drills I bought). These are handy, I just have to search for them in the bag every time and also use a magnetic holder. Update 3-3-13 I have used this set many times since I bought it, and I can only say it is a great time saver over using the usual supplied Allen wrench when assembling shelves, carts etc. I do use them with a magnetic holder, but am sad to say, they still come out of the holder and stick in the bolt about 50% of the time. It is more of the bit tightening in the bolt and sticking, pulling it out. Maybe because it is tightened down, maybe the bit is a few thousandths too small, or the chinese bolt holes are a few too big (you never know about Chinese goods to be honest, I have found some of their hardware in the past so hard to use I replaced them alltogether). But, I found when I take my hand and hold the bit just as I finished screwing it in, it does come out easier more times than not. Or maybe De Walt could make a stronger magnetic holder, or here's a thought, make a longer bit so we can chuck the bit in the drill without having to resort to a holder all the time. I am sure there are longer bits out there. Still, I have assembled said carts etc, so much faster with this despite the small annoyance of them pulling out. Still worth buying them.

These hex bits were perfect for what I need
These hex bits were perfect for what I need. They essentially allow you to use a power drill for anything requiring an Allen Wrench, which is why i bought them. I kept running into spaces where I didn't always have enough room to turn the Allen screw, or there were so many, that things would just be faster by using these with a drill. So far so good! Additionally, Dewalt is a brand that I've never had any problems with, the quality of the bits can certainly be trusted, and in the last few weeks of use I've got no complaints! They're good quality bits, that do the job.

Perfect for me
Just what I needed and at a fair price. Only real note to make is the rubberized vinyl holder is two piece, four bits go in one, five in the other. The set includes the three sizes I need for working on a Ruger 10/22 Takedown plus scope rings plus the Kidd Technologies receiver pins. So long as you have a standard hex bit driver, you're in business. I picked up a relatively inexpensive Stanley short driver at the local big box store that comes with six flat and Phillips bits (three each). Amazon delivery was quick as usual.

These are some of the best quality you'll find
These are some of the best quality you'll find. Gone are the days where you'll need to use the provided hex set whenever purchasing and putting together furniture sets that require a hex bit. I can't even count how many times I've bent/broken the hex set that manufacturers give. -Great quality. -Very useful rubber storage. -Fits 1/4' impact drills and regular drills. If it doesn't fit, buy an adapter :) -Cuts down on time required to assemble furniture/etc... -Also much easier to assemble furniture and gives you more time to do other things. -Most common sizes are included, so there's a good chance you won't need anything else. Good Hex Driver Bits
I purchased these bits to go along with a close quarters hex driver tool for working in tight spaces. The bits fit the little wrench perfectly and allow you to use hex head screws in place of Philips head screws that slip too easily in tight spaces. I like the little bit holders that keep the bits from falling to the bottom of the tool box and getting lost.

hex bits
It took a long time coming but worth the great. Great product. Strong and precise sizes.

A must have kit for every home owner
Instead of fighting with Allen keys, just grab a set of these. This is a must and being dewalt, they're solid bits that as far as I noticed did not wear out. Of course Allen keys are still very useful in tight corners or when you need to make sure it's hand right, but to quickly drill many, this is the way.

Works perfectly
Must-have for building IKEA furniture... huge time-saver being able to use a power drill instead of doing it all by hand.

These are imperial not metric
That these are imperial isn't mentioned in the description at all. Only by reviewing the various product pictures can you deduce they aren't metric. I didn't bother looking at the other pictures. I feel they should state that the bits are imperial in the description. Of no use to me.
