Foam Roller - 6" x 36" - Full Round - White

I’ve been using this foam roller for almost 3 months now. It seems the perfect balance of not too soft and not too firm. It has really helped stretch out my upper back.

We use this same foam roller at my clinic and I borrowed it over the weekend because I had been meaning to buy one for my own use. I ordered it Monday night and when I got home from work today (Wednesday) it was here! No, its not a brand name foam roller that is $35, its a plain $16 full foam roller. My IT band can get really tight and I dont want something that is super hard, so if it dents a little while I use it, I move down a few inches and it bounces back to shape shortly after. Its also great for working on your core. I could honestly care less if I had some overpriced name brand piece of foam, I got exactly what I wanted with fast delivery, and this is by far the cheapest price I could find them for.

The foam roller is fine, just like at the gym. It was priced right and works just fine. The only issue is with me making the time to use it but you cannot blame the roller for that... I would recommend it

I’ve had this roller for a few years. I use it at least three days a week. It even has a name. My Chiropractor! Aches in my back are relieved so quickly after using this. Especially due to overwork or long hours of standing. So helpful. For me, it’s been very durable. I store it upright, not lying down, and keep it easily accessible. Love this!!

The roller material used was not foam, but it does the job. I put a cover on it and it does the job. The price was 1/3 the cost of others. As the saying goes you get what you pay for?

I went in for physical therapy and they gave me this roller. This is one of the best things they're ever given me to help stretch my back and chest and to roll out the knots in my back. Thanks a lot!

This roller collapsed, wouldn't roll after the first use. The packaging was a plastic bag should have been boxed. Would have returned it but tore address label couldn't read it and the cost to return would have been the cost ot the item.
